Five Star Remodeling begins a remodeling project by listening to our client to find out what they have in mind for their home. In some cases, especially investment property, forclosures or older homes, the entire home needs a makeover. We begin by accessing the individual elements – kitchen, baths, floor plans, floor coverings, fixtures, etc - to find out the client’s desires for the outcome and structure a budget and time frame for the work to be done. Then we determine what needs to be permited with the city and draw up any plans that may be needed
