I had bedbugs, He got rid of them then had other bug problems that happened same time. He keeps coming back weekly, as many times as needed to successfully complete the job. Reliable and personable

They were professional and quick with services. They worked with me on payment because I was out of town. I received correspondence when they were finished and they did a great job.

Bob was quick to contact me. Showed up on time and looked at the problem (bees) in the outside wall. Showed back up later that day and bees seemed to be gone.

Bob communicated with me quickly and gave a very fair estimate compared to other quotes. He was very professional, listened to my concerns and did a great job in the yard- no more spiders near the house or ticks in the yard! He is in my contact list now for future treatments!

I put in a request for a quote at 2am on a Saturday morning and I got a phone call from Bob at 7:49am that same morning. He was very compassionate and concerned about what was going on and told me which approach he thought would be best to get rid of the mice. He came to my house that day (on a Saturday) and we haven’t seen any evidence of a mouse since! I’m so happy that I contacted him!

He came to our home to give a free estimate prior to any work performed and spent a substantial amount of time evaluating what needed to be done before giving us a quote -- without any guarantee we would use him. Other pest control people I contacted charged a service fee to come out and give an estimate. 2. He highly values customer service. When he makes a time to show up to your house, HE ACTUALLY SHOWS UP AT THAT TIME. Other pest control people I contacted promised to show up (even multiple times) and never did without even a phone call to explain why. 3. The price ($150) for the amount of labor and materials he spent on our project was extremely reasonable. 4. He takes pride in his work and I know that if I have any problems with anything, he is going to be there to make it right. 5. He is professional, courteous, and I was impressed with his knowledge. He was willing to share with me what he was doing and why, which I really appreciated. If you are having a pest problem, you will be grateful if you choose to contact Bob.

i have been having mice and rat problems for awhile now. After entering my contact info on homeadvisors thinking no one would call me, but to my surprise, Bob, the only rodent exterminator who called and asked to help me out. Bob said he will put out box traps but ended up just putting out poisons all around & inside the house and up in the attic. He also sprayed peppermint to all corners inside my house to repell any rodents and insects. Jus that night, i heard nothing. no rattle or running of the nasty rodents. it was a great feeling! i paid $150 which is fine by me. he did a very good job and did not complain about anything. he explained everything well and thorough. i'll recommend him to anyone.
