Went Great! They had appropriate paperwork to start with.  ON time and moved everything quickly and carefully.

They did wrap furniture in padding and removed glass from dining room table; they took a long time to figure out how to get two bookcase pieces through the room door and into a hallway, were able to do so upon my suggestion for how to position the pieces, one of the pieces suffered a pretty good ding (took the veneer off); several pieces of wood furniture received minor scratches and dings; there was a charge on the ticket that I could not determine what it was for

The men were very professional. They were knowledgeable about what they were doing and solved the problem of making a 90 degree turn in the hallway very quickly.

It went fairly well once the people were at our house. The general complaint is it didn't seem like the management team estimated time very well. The packers, Colleen and Pam, did a great job, worked really hard, but it didn't seem like they were given enough time to do the job. The move team also worked really hard, fast, but it took them from 9 in the morning to 12:30 at night for a move from Tulsa to OKC. We had called 2 fellas prior to get an estimate on time and they said it would probably be around 5:30 or 6:00 as a conservative estimate when we should be wrapping up. We were really appreciative of 2 Fellas getting us on the schedule because we called the week of the move to get it scheduled, and this may have had an impact on the timing, but I just didn't feel like the management team set realistic and clear expectations for how the move would go and expected timeframe. Overall though, the packing and moving teams we worked with were great. Little was damaged or lost, and they worked some very hard long days getting us moved. The estimate provided at the beginning was also very conservative and they ended up getting the job done for substantially less than we were told, which was a very nice end to the process.

I was quoted 2 hours to move a 3 bedroom home. No appliances were moved. It ended up taking 5 hours. I did end up having to switch to a larger moving truck while they were there. That took me about 45 min so I totally accept that extra hour. Both guys worked hard, I'm just a little frustrated that I was quoted 2 hours and I really didn't have that much stuff to move. I think with 3 movers that quote might be a little more accurate but there's no way 2 guys are going to load up a 3 bedroom house in 2 hours. A more accurate quote would have helped me budget my money and time.

We had boxed everything ourselves, but had them move the boxes and furniture.
They know how to take apart tables and other furniture and then pad and shrinkwrap them before moving. Everything happens pretty fast.
We haven't experienced any noticeable damage after using them for 2 moves.
I've recommended them to friends.

Other than a one day delay, everything was great.

The movers were prompt and service was well-priced. They were friendly, careful and worked fast. I would definitely us them again. They were excellent!

Heather and Josh were professional and courteous with the setting up of the move. The foreman and his assistants very capable and polite. They were careful to cover and shield breakable, fragile items. Overall we were very pleased with the experience and definitely would recommend this company to others and call on them again.

The packing & transfer were fine. Trevor was prompt, helpful and courteous. However, the estimate turned out to be about 50% of the final cost-with no explanation.

They were early, Daniel and Chaz were very professional. Also had great personalities. Very good experience.

These are some of the best movers that I have ever used, and I have moved a lot.  They were professional and took good care of everything that they touched, including wrapping up the furniture.  I will be calling them back when it is time to take my stuff out of storage.

The company was very nice as far as customer service over the phone. I originally scheduled a move and had to reschedule at the last minute and they were very flexible with me and worked me into another day. The movers arrived and were very professional, however, I was surprised that they wanted to move my television and some other items in my vehicle instead of theirs. That was not a big deal though. The movers were very tired by the end of the move. It ended up taking four hours. I totally understand that they were tired, however, they ended up leaving a lot of small items at my old house that I ended up having to move myself. Nothing big, but the small items added up and ended up taking me several trips to move on my own. They also did not put a mirror back on one of my dressers and I had to do that on my own. Being a small female, the mirror was kind of heavy for me to put back together but I managed. I just felt that the crew should have made sure that what they put back together everything they took apart. I feel that for the price I paid ($104/hr) I did not receive the service that I should have.  They were not horrible by no means but they were not top notch either. They did the minimal and that was it. I will probably not use them again just because there were better prices out there and if I'm going to get average or minimal service, I might as well pay minimal or average prices.

Great service

Movers didn't call to tell us they would be late until they were already 45 minutes late.  They were less than energetic.  We had to pay a 2 hr minimum for a 30-45 minute job. It would have been a 2 hr job if they had arrived on time. We had already unloaded most of the items before they arrived.  Have used other movers (Little Guys) 3 times recently w/ great results.

I have used them three times total. They worked like beavers and they were making me tired just watching them. They are right there when they say they will be. They didn't mind at all when I made changes to the plan we originally agreed upon. The change in price for my changes to the plan was negligible. They were very professional and I didn't feel like I was paying them enough.

Overall, the move was handled in a friendly, professional manner. The owner came in promptly after our call and thoroughly went through the do's and don'ts of packing and gave usWe really liked the way they kept in touch before the move and helped with boxes they let us use without charge. On moving day, they were prompt, professional and everything went smoothly. Our new house had newly painted walls and wood floors. They didn't leave a mark. They came in on budget and we really felt they were terrific.
