Description of Work: They managed a rental property of ours. They approached with a potential renter and negotiated a deal whereby said renter would move the items stored in the the home into an onsite storage area for a waiver of 2 months rent. We agreed and for the the next 3 years things were okay. They handled the minor property emergencies and sent us our rent check on time. But then there was a change of Agents representing our property. She approached us and asked us if we could drop the rent down $200/mo due to a hardship the renter was experiencing. We said we would prefer not too as the asking rent was already very reasonable based on similar property in the area. The renter gave notice to terminate their lease. When we went to the property to inspect after the renter vacated, several items had been taken including the washer/dryer, curtains, and a dining room hutch we had agreed to leave in the home. OPM was not in the least bit helpful or concerned and seem to have a attitude that implied we should have lowered the rent like they asked.

Description of Work: I have rented from them for over a year. The office staff has been professional with me from the beginning. The price for what I have is very reasonable for the area. I will continue to rent from them and would recommend them to others. Maintenance can be slow at times, but its probably more a matter of me being patient because they do have so many properties. I do have to say that I am completely satisfied.

 + -1 moreI found OPM, Inc on the internet while I was looking for a local, professional property management company because I wanted to rent my house out in Ardmore, OK. I first contacted them back in August 2012. I met with one of their property managers, and we went over their property management rates, how much I could expect to rent my house for, and the timeframe for renting my house. The property manager that I met was courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. I decided not to rent out my house at that time, but I planned on renting my house out in the summer of 2013. I contacted OPM, Inc in April 2013 to get a head start on renting my house out by the summer. This was the start of my trouble getting in touch with any property manager from OPM. I left a couple of voicemail messages on their company answering system, but I never heard from anyone. Finally, on the third attempt, I was able to speak to someone. The receptionist wrote down my contact information, and she told me that a property manager would be contacting me soon. After several days, I still didn't hear from anyone. I decided to call back, and I left another voicemail with my contact information. After leaving yet another message and still not hearing from anyone, I gave up trying to get in touch with them. I never did use OPM, Inc as property managers to rent my house.
Description of Work: I contacted OPM and left a couple of messages on their voicemail along with my contact information because I wanted to rent out my house in Ardmore. I never received any reply from them. I was able to speak with a receptionist on the third attempt to contact them, and she took my contact information. She told me that one of the property managers would be contacting me shortly. However, I never heard from anyone. After a couple of additional messages that I left on their voicemail, I finally gave up trying to get in contact with them and decided to sell my house instead.
