I found OPM, Inc on the internet while I was looking for a local, professional property management company because I wanted to rent my house out in Ardmore, OK. I first contacted them back in August 2012. I met with one of their property managers, and we went over their property management rates, how much I could expect to rent my house for, and the timeframe for renting my house. The property manager that I met was courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. I decided not to rent out my house at that time, but I planned on renting my house out in the summer of 2013.
I contacted OPM, Inc in April 2013 to get a head start on renting my house out by the summer. This was the start of my trouble getting in touch with any property manager from OPM. I left a couple of voicemail messages on their company answering system, but I never heard from anyone. Finally, on the third attempt, I was able to speak to someone. The receptionist wrote down my contact information, and she told me that a property manager would be contacting me soon. After several days, I still didn't hear from anyone. I decided to call back, and I left another voicemail with my contact information. After leaving yet another message and still not hearing from anyone, I gave up trying to get in touch with them.
I never did use OPM, Inc as property managers to rent my house.
