EVERGREEN LAWN SVC

I was very unhappy with them, so I went somewhere else and they talked me into coming back. I canceled a second time, so I am very unhappy with them. They do a lot of business around here. They assured me that the product they were using wouldn't harm my dogs, they said that an hour after they sprayed I could put my dogs out. They said another time to wait 24 hours because it could hurt them. Everybody at Evergreen kept giving me a different theory on it. I finally stopped my services with them because, I quit trusting them after that. Then talking to them after that wasn't easy. They kept calling me to come back a third time and I finally told them to stop calling me. A really nice salesman came out to sign me back up and he reassured me it wouldn't hurt my animals. They were supposed to call me a head of time so that I could unlock the gates and get my animals inside. I went out one day and when I got home there was a note on my door that they had been there. The gates were locked so there was no way that they could have gotten in and they charged me for treating the whole yard. They were lying because there is no way that they could have gotten in the back yard. When I called the company about it she said that the reason why was because, there was no place for him to write on the bill where he couldn't get into the back yard. The $29 price was for a small yard. They don't talk to me, they just come do the yard. The two times they treated my yard legitimately, they would call me and give me a window so that I could unlock my gates. They treat the lawn and stick something on my door. They walk around the yard, I don't have a problem with the way they did it and it doesn't take very long at all. It did make my yard look nice and I didn't feel that they were over priced. I paid it so it was to much. My yard did needed the treatment. I just wasn't pleased with them and they weren't professional. I was an unhappy customer and I wouldn't recommend them. The only people I talked to were the sales people and that was bad because, they said it wouldn't hurt my animals.
