I've had this company out before for other issues. Called 3 times and was assured someone would call me back. Received a text the next day saying if I still want service to call. Did receive the callback and an associate showed up. Never introduced himself. Did the work. Left a mess on and around my toilet and in my shower where he placed the tank. I was going to ask him another question when he came back in from his truck. I assumed he was writing an invoice. Nope! He left. So, I have no idea how much the work is even going to cost me.

Mr. Mikkelson came to my home and replaced my water heater after I noticed a leak. It was a quick, neat process and he did a great job.

It wasn't a tough job but I was unable to do it because of 3 or 4 issues that I came across while attempting it. The plumber came in, did the job within an hour and most importantly, didn't mock my feeble attempts to do it myself. Can't ask for much more.

We initially called he and he said that he could not get out for a few days because he was "a little backed up."  That phrase tickled me from a plumber!!  Anyway he began to give me a referral to another plumber, but I told him that my hubby had chosen him from all of the responses on Angie's List, and that I would prefer to wait for him.  He again asserted that it would be three days, and I again asserted that was ok.  He came when scheduled, was as kind and professional as possible; diagnosed the problem right away, fixed it right away, and then offered to check the toilets "since he was there anyway."  My husband was overwhelmingly impressed by him, and told me to keep his number on our file.  I don't remember the exact price, but I know that I had been prepared to pay three times what he charged us!!

The plumber, Gary, arrived just a few minutes after the appointed time.  He was friendly, helpful, and answered all questions.  When we talked on the phone the day before, he felt that our existing faucet, given it was just 2 years old, might be simply reinstalled correctly so we would not have to purchase another faucet.  Once the faucet was removed it was confirmed that the installation had not been done properly but the old faucet would not rotate properly in its center sleeve so he suggested we replace it; and suggested a model from the Moen catalog that he has used which has a good track record and which works well.  He checked and there was one available from their supplier, and he picked it up and came back and completed the installation for us, completing it just 20 minutes longer than the 2 hour service window allotted. This new Spot Resistant Brushed Stainless faucet is very nice and a bit more expensive, but should last for many years (we hope).  I think we have found a plumber we can trust with any future work needed.

I was very happy with Gary's knowledge, speed, and kindness. Plus he gave me a tip about where to get good Greek food in the area! I could not have been happier.

Dennis was very responsive and always called back within a very short time when I called.  Once was even when I called the day before my scheduled appointment to let him know that if he had any free time that day that I would be home.  I have older fixtures in my house and probably in there since 1952 when the house was built.  The toilet part change-out was routine.  Getting to the valves for the shower was more tricky due to the main fixtures sitting between the shower wall and it was even blocked

in the access panel.  The tub faucet was leaking for some time and the fixtures did not have a washer in them but one of those slots, for the knob which was cracked on the inside and creating the leak.  When getting them out , the valve came apart and needed whole new hardware to replace it. My set up is also an older setup with the separate knobs for hot and cold so Dennis did not carry them in his truck.  He had to cut the pipes to the hot and cold so he could put a turn off valve on them in order to turn the water back on.  He then left and was probably gone for about an hour while he went out and found the correct fixtures to replace the hot and cold valves and faucet.  What I thought and told him would be just a routine fix, turned into something more than was expected and Dennis was great through the whole thing making sure everything was fixed.  It took him a total of 4 hours to do everything

He was very professional and punctual. The price was exactly what was quoted. We definitely will use this company's services again.

called 45 minutes after second call. Stated he had no one to send out to clear our main drain. Whats wrong with Gary the owner who called me???? You cannot be bothered. Told me it would be 27 hrs before they could send anyone out. Really. Your a joke

Gary, the plumber, said he wouldn't be able to make it for a day or two then rearranged his schedule and came over an hour after I called. Very professional. Nice guy. Easy to talk to and answered any and all questions I had.
