They installed a unit from a company called Nelsen. It just can not handle my hard water problems. I use a minimum of 4 bags of salt a month AND still run out of soft water. And yes, my salt tank is always full. I had a softener in my other house before we moved to Ohio and did not have any problems. Used maybe a bag of salt a month.

They responded promptly and the owner came out within a day or 2. He was thorough and knowledgeable. My system was installed within a week.

I told Clearbrook twice about problems with my brand new system. It has not performed as promised. The owner said he was coming one day and never showed up or called to say why. I am a senior citizen and hear about us being taken advantage of a lot. I'm thinking I have been another victim of this unscrupulous type of behavior. Starting with day one of my project, a worker lost so much water out of a hose that the result was a substantial amount of water on the floor. Even though the worker tried to sop up the water, eventually the water soaked into the carpet and traveled up the closest wall. Within 24 hours, the house wreaked of mildew. I had called the owner and asked if his worker told him about the spill. He did NOT call me back! So. I purchased several bottles of mildew killing sprays to try to eliminate it on my own. I continued over many days to work on this problem. Eventually, I needed to purchase more spray chemicals. I was very understandably upset, and hoped I'd never have to need assistance from Clearview again. Since he hadn't responded to my first call, I felt he wouldn't answer, again. I did not even receive a courtesy call to see how my new system was working! To that point, the system did not seem to be working in the manner in which I had been told. After a power surge, I followed my written instructions, from this company, several times, to no avail. Very little water softening salt was being utilized by the system. The Clearbrook owner had stated that this new system would not use very much salt. But, then I noticed a sulfur type smell from a bathroom and the the kitchen. I knew this should never be happening with an all new system. My old system did not produce foul smelling odors. So, I reluctantly called Clearbrook. That's when the owner said he would come out to check it. He seemed upset with me, the customer! . He just didn't show up or call. I am distressed over this sutuation and have hesitated calling Home Advisor to complain, or to hire anyone else for any of my other needs. I am thoroughly disappointed and disgusted with this experience. Sincerely, Verneta Martin

This company was awesome. Very friendly and informative and treated us with respect. Unlike the other companies who came and inspected, did nothing and charged an arm and a leg and never called back with an estimate. Clearbrook was prompt in returning calls, explained everything in detail and gave an estimate over the phone.Service was great would definitely use again.

This company is service oriented. Great communicators with a quality product to boot! The water treatment systems they installed work perfectly ( softener and reverse osmosis). They were done is less than 3 hrs.

How prompt, professional and friendly they are to work with. They deliver on all their commitments. I can not say enough positives.

This ended being a minor problem, not being a plumber I thought it was worse. He suggested easy solutions I could do myself and mailed me a part at no cost. Super nice and helpful. I highly recommend.

Installer went beyond the call of duty by fixing a water shut off problem at no extra charge. Installer was a very experienced plumber.

The installation leaked from day one. I contacted the company to make it right. Gave them a few weeks. He sent down a man to fix it without notifying me, and I was not home. When I called him about it the owner threw a screaming tantrum. I had to hang up on him because he just went on and on. Job is not complete. I will have to get someone local to finish it. Never again!!!!
