We did experience a little trouble scheduling with your sister and also a little trouble getting in to house with your mom and we understand that things happen. The leak was more involved than your family had expected which is why we had to go get parts and open the wall behind the kitchen sink to fix the rotted galvanized drain in the wall. We do charge for travel time to get supplies. Unfortunately we don't usually know exactly what is needed on a job until we see it and its not always possible to get everything done in a 2 hour labor window which is what you had purchased, that is why I informed you before we did anything that it would be over the 2 hours. Again I apologize for any inconvenience or disappointment this may have been for you. I really strive hard to provide good quality work at a fair price and with complete honesty and sometimes I do mistakes. Thank you again"
