"Greetings [Member Name Removed], I did not speak with you personally, but the summation of your experience that you've decided to share here is correct regarding our consultation fee policy. We offer free estimates for straightforward services such as pruning, removal, fertilization, cabling, etc. However, in the instance when a client has a health issue with a tree that requires expert knowledge in both identification and management of disease or risk issues, we do apply a consultation fee for a detailed diagnosis of the tree(s). We feel that $75 with a $50 credit back to the client for work ordered is fair, to have an arborist with years of experience to come meet with a client and assess problems that less experienced tree workers in the green industry may not be able to properly address. We regret that you disagree with our policy. Evan General Manager"
