Cliff Morningstar Appliance Service

I had discussed options with Cliff regarding the possible repair of my upright freezer. I decided to try a repair. Cliff was professional and on time. He quickly identified the issue; it was repairable. He provided the cost and then ordered the part upon my approval. The part would be available in a couple of days. We scheduled a time based upon the part arriving. He returned as agreed with the part to repair the freezer. I was very pleased with his reliability, work and repair. The freezer is working great. I would hire Cliff again.

The part we needed is no longer manufactured. He put our dryer back together again. He was all business and no fooling around. He was very upfront and honest.

Cliff is knowledgeable and experienced in appliance repair. I would not hesitate to recommend him.

He was patient with my explanation. When I followed him to the outdoor unit, he did not dismiss any questions I had. He saw the problem and repaired it. He left the used parts for me. The billing was detailed and easy to read and understand. The cost of his services was not unlike any other HVAC I have used. It was the no nonsense and the no referencing freon that I appreciated. I cannot tell you the times that the word freon comes into play. Also, I did have a wonderful service tech from another company, but he left that company and they will not let me know where or how to contact him. So, Morningstar is a wonderful replacement.

Cliff Morningstar (now in Lebanon, not Wilmington, number (937) 383-6394: not clear whether this review belongs at the other Angie's List entry) installed a new heat exchanger, evaporator, and compressor I provided in an upright freezer. He seemed careful and had appropriate materials and tools. Was able to come on half-day's notice and was on time.

Placed call to company over holiday weekend and left a message. Heard back first thing the Tuesday after Memorial Day. Mr. Morningstar was here before 12 Noon that day and our fridge/freezer was repaired within the hour. No problems since! Quick efficient service and fair pricing. I have recommended this company to others and they have been equally satisfied. Be prepared, though, Mr. Morningstar talks A LOT!
