Awful experience. The initial consult was great, but it turns out that Scott Fishel is just a con-man. I hired them in June to complete a job in August. They showed up in July before I owned the property and pestered the previous owners. Then I had to chase them to get back on their schedule. They showed up to do the work, but did not complete it and then tried to overcharge me. after speaking with Scott, we came to an agreement, but then they ghosted me and never came back to do the rest of the work.

Hired to repair flat roof. One year later the roof leaked again. Came out to repair and STILL LEAKING!!! It's pouring in my bedroom! Now they say ANOTHER PART OF THE ROOF should be repaired. Not the part that is leaking. I was going to have them give me a quote on a total new roof - NOT NOW. AND I'M TELLING EVERYONE!!!

"As discussed with the homeowner on site, repairs are temporary fixes in place of long term solutions. Repairs typically last 1 - 3 years and some repairs last longer. Right-On Roofing stated that an estimate for a new flat roofing system is required and a new EPDM flat roofing system will need to be installed to stop water from entering the structure. Right-On Roofing did not say, "ANOTHER PART OF THE ROOF should be repaired." Right-On Roofing was scheduled to give the homeowner an estimate for a tear off and new asphalt shingle roofing installation on another part of the roof. Roofing terms can be difficult to understand and may cause confusion to those not well versed in the trade. At Right-On Roofing we do our best to explain each job in detail to the homeowner while we are initially on site to give an estimate. There appears to have been some confusion we were not aware of based on the homeowner's review. Right-On Roofing also stated that we are willing to reduce the estimate for a new flat roofing system by the amount paid for the repair one year ago, to help ease the pain of having to install a new roofing system during these difficult economic times."

After my initial phone call with Lynn to schedule a guy to go out and assess my property for an estimate, I did not hear back. I called and left a message and also emailed but I never received a response. So naturally I went with a different company. Check out 12 Point Construction, they did an excellent job!

They did substandard work with a new team and then took over a year to fix the mistake. When they did fix it, the work was well done. Their experienced crew is good. They are nice people in person, but there has been a change of management and turn over. I don't like having to leave a bad review, but it should be written for future potential clients.

Work was done winter 2017. I worked with Eddie, one of their supervisors. The first problem was with scheduling. Eddie said they could begin work on the first dry day (it was raining/snowing a lot). We got a warm, sunny couple of weeks and he never called back. So I called him and then he said he was booked 2 months out. So we rescheduled. After the job was done I found a trim piece for the edge of the siding that was cut (see picture below). He stopped over to look at it; said he would send a guy out to fix it. No one ever showed up or called. Then I noticed the edge line of the shingles was irregular; not a straight line so that looking along the edge of the roof line where the shingles over lap; they curved out and back in (see picture below). This Spring I got up on the roof to look things over and found nails galore laying around. The nails on the top bridge were not tarred. There were extra shingles laying on the roof that were never disposed of. They also left debris on the ground; tin pieces and tar paper supplies laying against the house. I was going to have them pick it all up when they came out again but like I said, they never returned. This Spring I called them to have them complete the rest of the house/quote but they never returned my call. It's like they knew that had to make it right so they decided to ignore me. Bad service, very bad service. Based on my experience I would recommend anyone stay away from this company.

Roof and gutters look great. They were always on time and showed up when they said they would. They did a very professional job and took care of the permit process. There were a couple of minor miscommunications but all-in-all they did great work and completed a major job in less than a three days. There are a few shingles that look to be warping a year later. But the roof still looks great and there have been no problems. I wish I would have asked for them to put in some eave vents too but I didn't know about this option until after the job was nearly complete. The gutters were put in about a month later and they were done in less than a day and they work fantastically. The few warped shingles and the eave venting (this wasn't in the contract but I wish it was) was why I rated a B on quality probably would give a B+ or A- on quality if there was an option.

Beautifully once they finally got around to doing the job. It took at least three reminders on my part and much persuading to get them to finish the work. In every other respect they were excellent and professional and gave by far the best and most competitive estimate.

The additional carpentry work did not get done and I have contacted several roofers as well as Right-on-Roofing but they don't seem to be interested in doing the hole repairs to the soffit or flashing. If I knew RoR would have performed so poorly, I would have had the work done by some other company.

They inspected the roof, flashing, and gutters (to make sure elbows and spouts were clear). Sealed a nail head that may have been the culprit. Their "sales agent" was reliable/friendly/helpful, telephone communication and paperwork were professional. The company is easy to work with.

I was startled Friday early morning to hear people on my roof running a blower. I ran out and found a white van parked next to my garage and three guys on my roof. They did not bother to either knock at my door nor ring my bell to let me know they were there (as my ultimate cleaners did) and just put their ladder on my roof and started blowing. I asked them who they were what they thought they were doing. They said they had a work order to clean my gutters - which I never gave to them. I told them they could clearly see that someone had just cleaned my gutters (two days before at half the price) and told them to leave. I called Mary, saying how upset I was and that this was no way of doing business to make money.

It went perfectly. The crew showed up five minutes before they said they would be there at 6:55 AM. Worked all day, until almost 7 PM, the first day they nearly had the entire roof removed and new underlayment down. The second day started off well finished 90% of the job then we had some pop up thunderstorms in the afternoon that prevented them from finishing as they had expected. They came out two days later and finished up. The roof looks great. Scott and Eddie were always prompt in responding to phone calls or messages.

Eddie returned all of our calls promptly. When we decided to have Right On Roofing do the work, he juggled his team's schedule to start and finish our job before an anticipated large storm as we were experiencing intermittent leaking under the flat roof. The team was fantastic and very polite. They were careful to close all our gates when they left (we have dogs). We will definitely use them again.

We called and left a message on Wednesday. The call was returned on Wednesday and they came out Thursday morning and repaired the roof. They were very prompt and did the work in a timely manner. We have done business with Right-on Roofing for many years. They are very professional, honest and good workers. We have never had any problems with them whatsoever and find that their rates are very competitive and reasonable. I would not hesitate to highly recommend them to anyone.
