They came right away, were very neat and were always on time. They were very professional. everything they said they would do, they did. I would recommend them to anybody!

Because of the work that was needed it required they return over several days. They took care to isolate the work area with draped plastic to reduce any mess. The workers were polite and knowledgeable. The only issue that I had was that more than one job location were scheduled for any day and, on more than one occasion they left work here in progress so they could meet their other obligations. However when it got down to the wire and I needed the work completed they stayed without complaint to finish the job. I would use them again and would recommend them highly.

Very well. They were extremely professional and you could tell that the gentleman was passinate about his work. It was a great learning about mold and a very thorough investigation of the infestation within this house (which we did not buy mainly for this reason).

It went well. They came out, gave me a quote, and we scheduled the work. The work was done over 4 evenings.

The service man arrived on time. He checked the basement for mold. We had a couple of black spots on our insulation which we thought could be mold. He check everything out and determined we did not have a mold problem. He also explained what we should know about mold problems, how to check for them and was very informative about mold issues.

They took an air sample for testing and did a visual inspection. They gave me a full report of what the air testing showed, and we discussed options for the future. They were very courteous and friendly. I'd recommend them to anyone.

Ultimately I chose someone else whose prices were a little more withing my range and who also seemed thorough and knowledgeable. Frankly, I was a little put off by Greg's negative attitude about the state of the basement and the work that needed to be done. It's bad enough having to have the basement gutted due to water damage and mold, I don't want to have to feel bad about it at the same time.

Did not go well. The owner only showed up to test and bid the job and showed up for the first day when the work started to get paid. His employees were nice enough guys but created a huge mess, especially when the air duct cleaning was performed. A second crew had to come back out clean up after the first. After they had kicked up a huge mess from the air duct cleaning I asked for a second mold test and was instructed I would have to pay to retest. After paying for the re-test it took nearly a month to get the mold test information back.

Smoothly no problems, they did what was in estimate. quickly, no problems Glad to get rid of mold!

The Monarch Group was very knowledgeable. They explained things clearly. They did good work and cleaned up after themselves. Their quote was the cheapest compared to other places we got a quote from. They came when they said they would.

I am pleased with the results of the work done and feel that I fully understand how to permanently remediate water problems that have plagued my house since before I purchased it. I noticed a mildew smell when I first toured my house prior to purchasing it, but thought the problem was 'just' in the carpeting, so I removed the carpeting after I purchased the house. I wish instead that I had hired this company to examine my house before I purchased it. I would still have purchased the property, but I would have learned how to immediately remediate the water, mold and mildew problems, and I would have saved myself a lot of trouble, expense, and damage to my belongings.

They were very responsive, explained everything, never left me hanging, were there when they said they were going to be there, and they fixed the issue.

The people there are my favorite and they are great. They even sent me a Christmas card. These are the nicest people that I have ever worked with in my life. They call when they say they are going to call and they show up when they say they are going to show up. They show up on time, and they are polite and nice. They do what they say they are going to do and clean up. They never leave a mess. I even asked them to do me a favor because I had this really heavy load of books to carry out to my car as I was going to donate the books. I had injured my back and asked them if they could put them in my car, and they did that and said that I was their favorite customer. They are really nice people. If every provider that you have dealt with was like them, life would be easy. I was truly happy with this company. They were courteous, helpful and friendly. You don’t have to worry with these people. They make you feel comfortable and are professional. People don’t think about that but it really is a big deal.

They came down all the way out of Cleveland and did mold testing. They were wonderful. I will be using them but that would be only after fixing the cause of the problem first. I had four companies to come out but it would be Monarch that I am going to go with. It took them forever for the other companies to come out and look at the property. Whereas with Monarch and another provider from Indianapolis it was just one phone call and one initiation on my part and they came over. I volunteered to pay them $100 and they quoted less than that. They had looked at some pictures that I had sent them on line and they said it could probably be mold but they were not sure. When they came down he was extremely knowledgeable about mold count, different molds, things that cause mold growth and he looked at the property. He was very detailed in describing what needs to be done to take care of things. He was very forth coming in his ability, training and how long he had been doing it. He also spoke about the chemicals and the chemical processes. He was very fair and very comprehensible. This was only the discussion and testing but actually we will be using them for the actual work.

My experience of receiving an estimate from Monarch group was very positive. Greg Drenik was very professional and knowledgeable on the topic of mold. His credentials and background were impressive. He walked me through every area of the basement and explained thoroughly the situation I was dealing with. He even crawled up into my attic and checked for mold there as well.

Greg Drenik, the owner, responded extremely quickly to my initial inquiries. He scheduled an appointment at the house that evening and arrived on time. He explained the mold remediation process in great detail and provided information regarding his background in the industry. He scheduled a work crew to begin work at the house just a couple days later and they were competent, friendly and professional. They did a fine and thorough job and were a pleasure to have at the house while they were there. They cleaned up very well afterward and I was pleased with their workmanship. I would not hesitate to hire Monarch for jobs big or small and trust that their remediation work will stand the test of time.

I spent $1675 on that work. They were very thorough.

He is honest, kind, and compassionate. He is one of the nicest people I have ever met. He is the best contractor we have ever worked with. He is always concerned with how we are doing, if we are satisfied with the work, and the general maintenance of our home. Everyone that works for him has been great. They always do a great job cleaning up after themselves. They put down plastic so that they don't make a mess in the house. He is very responsive and punctual.

Everything went well. No serious mold problems were found. The gentleman was very thorough and explained things well.

Great. The only problem is that they came for a couple hours each day on several days, instead of doing more hours in longer days. But, they showed up and did the work. Were pleasant to work with - and professioanal. Seemed knowledgable. Answered all my questions. I am pleased with the results.

Greg examined our attic and basement for potential mold and provided a very detailed estimate for mold remediation. Greg was professional over the phone and email but his estimate was significantly higher than the other 2 estimates that we obtained. We did not use his services. Estimate was free.

Greg's business card says he is a "CIE" and a Biologist. He really is fascinated by mold and enjoyed telling me about all the different kinds of mold we had growing in this house. I got estimates for remediation from four different companies which ranged from you can do it yourself to well over a $1,000 and involving ripping out ceilings. After talking to all these folks, I felt like this is an emerging field that is both science and art. In the end I did something in the middle.
