I was having a hard time getting anyone to contact me back because this was considered a small job. I was so appreciative that Mike's took the time to actually come out and quote it, in addition to providing excellent service. Everyone I spoke with was very friendly, professional and willing to help. We had a tight time frame that the project needed completed by and Mike's was able to accommodate us. The entire process was smooth and went perfectly.

Showed up over an hour late from our appointment time, which was frustrating because we work full time and didn't want someone coming over at 7:15 PM. We walked through everything we needed - railing, awning, etc. - and even talked through specific details of ideas.
He had a book of photos but none of it was "his work" so he wasn't very prepared. He took some measurements, wrote down some information, and said he'd get me the quote the following week.
I haven't heard from him since. And I didn't call them back - this isn't my job as the customer. As a business, your customers should be your top priority. We'll be going with another company and I don't recommend Mike's Home Improvement.

They never even started the work! I got nothing but lip service that dragged on for over a year. Even after I spoke to the owner, he did not follow through on saying he would make it right. The employee that I was dealing with didn't like paperwork and kept going back and forth with my insurance and asked for an extension, which to me says they were going to do the work. The walls hadn't been repaired, so when the windows arrived, they couldn't be installed! Caution, warning, and beware!

The woman who answered the phone was very friendly and scheduled the appointment for the estimate.  Mike arrived on time. He brought examples of the windows and took detailed measurements.  Because of the size of the job, he was offering a 5% discount.  Our next door neighbor used Mike for his windows and was satisfied.  We did not utilize this provider because we preferred a different window manufacturer.  It had nothing to do with Mike.

The installers were very professional.  They were complete and didn't take short cuts.  They cleaned up and went beyond
by moving furniture and replacing deck furniture for 4th of July company!

It was fine and they came on time. The person did not notice that there was not a damage lower. I wish he had seen it so I could have a comprehensive quote.

It went fine.  It took about a day for two workmen to remove the old soffit and to cut and fit the new panels.  They were skillful did an excellent job.  The final result was even better than I had anticipated.  They left the site absolutely clean at the end of the day.

He was supposed to be here last week, but the weather got bad, and we put it off. The price was a steal for us. We have never had a leak again, and the gutters that he put up matched with the log home. The roof is green, and the gutters are green, and it all matches. They did the work in half an hour. Mike himself has been in this business a long time, and handles himself as best as he could. He is very professional, and everything he did seemed to be top notch. He didn't try to make us buy something we didn't need. He did his work, and got out as fast as he could.
