When I called him he told me to fiddle with the channel button and try to get it to channel 3 or 4 to see if it would get the signal. That turned out to be the problem. He was extremely polite and instead of telling me that he would come out and charge me, he helped me over the phone for free. He was a joy to talk too. I would recommend him to anyone.
