I had water coming through my kitchen ceiling.After having spent $1,550 with WyattWorks I still had water coming through the ceiling.I was told I hadn’t spent enough money and they need to replace more pipes.And snake the main for $750.Premier Plumbing snaked the main for $220 and fixed the problem. In my opinion,WyattWorks is a scam.

They were able to schedule the work quickly, a big factor in our decision to contract them. They came on schedule, did the job, digging a ten foot deep hole to access the lines disturbing as little of the lawn as possible. The men worked without breaks and made an effort to clean up.

Mike was professional, respectful and eager to please. He performed outstanding work and did exactly as he said within the timeline and parameters he claimed. Pricing was a little higher than I wanted to spend, but they performed quality work in a timely manner. Honest and upfront and the entire company is easy going as well as easy to work with. Overall I would recommend and was very satisfied with the work.

Good explanation of what was needed to remove the tub and set the plan for the shower. Good explanation of what steps must be done by other contractors.

At the initial visit the tech was knowledgeable, accommodating and quoted a very fair price.

Fantastic! There was so much to be done, and Tom was able to finish everything in one day. He worked hard and safely, and he let me know my options for every situation. I was amazed that only one person could do all of the work we needed in a single day. Their prices were very fair, as well. Very professional.

Wyattworks was quick to respond to our call and performed all work in a timely manner. All work and costs were discussed in detail prior to work accepted and begun. Everyone we dealt with at all levels couldn't have been nicer. We have no problems with calling them for future needs as well as recommending them to others.

Unsuccessful. The tech said that there was no clean out in front of the house. He said he would need to remove the toilet to gain accsess to the drain. Or they could go through the stack pipe on the roof, but he would have to reschedule. He gave me a quote for 954.00 to remove the toilet. Seeing that I couldn't wait, as my pipe was clogged, I swallowed very hard and gave him permission to proceed. He worked on it for about two hours and then told me he would have to use the power jet.......bad idea. The blowback flooded my bathroom. He did clean it up though! He needed to go back to the shop for a longer snake. He didn't have a camera so he couldn't tell what was happening. He then talked with another tech who had a camera and showed up. They ran the camera through the pipe and told me that he thought I had a collapsed pipe and recommended that the front yard would have to be excavated. Got estimates from Wyatt and was not at all impressed with the pricing. Found a plumber who actually took the time to look for a clean out pipe and found it. It took a whole two hours of running the snake through the pipe to the street three times. No collapsed pipe, No excavation, opened the pipe and flow is good. The tech they sent was ill prepared and still charged me that exorbitant amount of money. Lessoned learned. I wouldn't trust this company with a garden hose!

Fantastic and quick

They were excellent. They were very professional, the price was very good so everything was great.

All the technicians were great. Very knowledgeable. Showed up on time and gave me updates as each project was finished. Pricewise, I don't know because I did not price the services I ended up choosing with any one else. My only complaint was that it took two weeks to get some one out for an estimate. Had to wait two weeks for the shower doors, then it took a phone call and more delays to get the project done. I wasn't in a big hurry but it got frustrating after a while. I would still recommend them based on their work. I was very pleased with the end result.

Everything went well. Mike was on time and very professional. The work was all completed within an hour. He found the issues very quickly and got everything fixed very efficiently. Everyone I spoke to from the initial call to setting up the appointment and having the work done was so nice. Will definitely use them again.

It went very well! Over the phone, they were friendly, open and knowledgeable. Communication was solid and they arrived on time. They were very knowledgeable and helpful. Very clear about price, explained pro's and cons of the resolution and it was a tricky job but they worked through it quickly and efficiently.

Awesome service! Jeremy was professional, courteous, knowledgable and super helpful with my issue. He quickly diagnosed the leak, gave me options on how it could be repaired and answered all of my questions. I would totally recommend WyattWorks for your plumbing needs.

Mike did an excellent job replacing all the parts and switching the faucet (while also dealing with a water pressure issue on the latter). Work was done very efficiently. I could tell that both technician were very knowledgeable and knew exactly what needed to be done. Although a bit pricey, everything was done to my full satisfaction and I will certainly use them again in the future.

Very well. Mike and Seth were efficient, kept me informed, showed pictures of work, area cleaner than when they started. This company's customer service beats others by a mile.
