From the time I asked for a quote until I got the phone call from Chad...two minutes. Literally two minutes. The job that I needed done had been quoted by others as requiring far more labor, material, cost and destruction to my kitchen, and Chad got it done (and done right) faster, cheaper and the only destruction was needing to replace 5 backsplash tiles and a bit of drywall. They said they'd arrive at 9 AM, and were here at 8:55. I paid exactly what was quoted. They were done in just over 2 hours, and I couldn't be happier with the end result. Would recommend to anyone needing any plumbing work.

Great experience. Chad picked up the phone each time I called, for starters. He was friendly and so helpful, squeezing me in to fix a burst pipe that I'd gotten the runaround for over a week on. Chad expressed that this is a human business and fit me in because my tenant's family had no water for all that time. Plumber came same day on time, communicated well with me (offsite) and my tenant, made the necessary repairs and even gave advice on the water that was entering the basement during the storm that was happening at the time. The bill was reasonable, especially for an emergency. I had follow up questions, and, again, Chad took my call. He was friendly enough that we fell into a chat about taking care of strays somehow. In short, I appreciate the very "human" perspective that Chad and his team take. I will be most happy to use Reddy Repair Plumbing any time I need. Happy to have found them.

Chad and his team did an excellent job. I had just had my crawl space encapsulated and was worried about the mess, but they left it in the same condition they found it. They were thorough, respectful, reasonably priced, neat, clean and I couldn't be happier with the results. They also replaced a kitchen faucet and my outdoor faucets and even installed shut-off valves so that I can easily turn the water off to the faucets in the winter without worrying about freezing/bursting pipes. I highly recommend this team!

Chad was very friendly and accessible by phone. He was extremely knowledgeable. Chad replaced the toilet seal and did not rush through it. He was very thorough. He cleaned up the area well and gave me some advice about a slow draining sink and since it's an older toilet some things to watch out for. Also replaced supply line at no extra cost. Would definitely call again.!

Really great! Chad from Reddy Repair contacted me right away and came to my house the next day. I had a list of plumbing issues to check out and he was able to provide me with itemized quote on the spot. Very reasonable pricing. There were some issues which seemed critical and he was able to stay and fix them right then. My house is very old and he knows how to handle all the oddities. Reddy Repair is now my "go to"!

Excellent experience. Did the work requested and pointed out some items needing immediate repair I wasn't aware of, and did those as well. Cleaned up after themselves and did not make a mess. Chad was extremely responsive, easy to work with, knowledgeable and holds his work to a high standard of quality. I initially brought him in to do two toilet installs. He wasn't familiar with the way this particular type mounted, but he attacked the problem and spent a fair amount of time to make sure it was right. Since that went well, I found other projects for him to handle. He has met or exceeded my expectations each time. Easy to communicate requirements and scope to, Chad provides valuable insight and feedback, and he's able to keep to a budget and communicate throughout the project. Very impressed so far, and I plan to work with him again in the future.

I was a first time user for this provider. He arrived on time and quickly went to work. I wanted someone who was close to where I live. He was in Wickliffe and I in Willoughby. He was here just about an hour. He did a nice job and was very pleasant to work with. About a week later I was still having some issues with flushing the toilet. Not completely flushing 100%. He came back and made some adjustments and now is working fine. There was no charge for the second time he had to come back. Pleased with the service.
