Purchased furniture. Promised delivery in 6-8 weeks. Furniture was delivered 5 months later. Company did not contact us when furniture failed to be in, but we had to continuously call store to find out status of delivery. Promised 3 different delivery dates, none of which happened. Follow through on customer requests was poor. When asked to be compensated for late delivery (furniture paid in full), and poor overall customer service, had to once again call the store after requesting compensation 4x without response. Finally, vice president Peggy, responded to my call. She did not want to hear why I was unhappy, repeatedly cut me off when trying to explain why I wanted compensated 20%. Offered a lower refund, but she hung up on me when I told her we were going to review them on Angie's. She then called back, recanted her offer stating compensation was only for good customer service and since we were not using them anymore...., and hung up on me again before I could speak. Tiny was very helpful in helping us to pick out our mattress. It is very comfortable, we've had it for a couple months now. Be careful with purchases there however, they have a no return policy on all their furniture, although they did let us apply a prior purchase toward the mattress.

We liked Tiny very much. He introduced himself and left us alone while we looked around. He didnt pressure us or hover! He was very straight forward and we felt like we got a great deal. They called about 30 minutes before arriving to get directions. The delivery men were friendly and polite. They carried out our old couch and put it in our truck for us when we asked.

THE SALESMAN, DAVE, WAS COURTEOUS DURING THE SALES PROCESS. THE DELIVERY MEN DELIVERED THE QUEEN BED, BUT WERE NOT TOLD THAT THE NIGHTSTAND WAS A LONER, BECAUSE THE ORIGINAL STAND WAS DAMAGED. AFTER 3 MOS. OF MAKING PHONE CALLS AND STOPPING AT THE STORE, I STILL DO NOT HAVE THE STAND.

FURNITURE IS FINE. WHEN THEY DELIVERED FURNITURE I HAD MEASURED A PIECE OF THE FURNITURE AND TOLD THEM IT WOULD NOT FIT. IN THE PROCESS THEY PUT 3 LARGE DENTS IN THE CEILING. COMPANY DID EXPRESS CONCERN AND DID SEND SOMEONE TO REPAIR DAMAGES. THE REPAIRMAN THEY SENT NOT DID NOT FIX THE DENT PROPERLY SPILLED WHITE PAINT ON THE EMERALD GREEN CARPET. WHEN I SPOKE TO THE GENERAL MANAGER, I TOLD HIM I NEEDED TO HAVE THE CARPET CLEANED RIGHT AWAY. HE THEN PROCEEDED TO TELL ME I BOUGHT THE FURNITURE FROM THE LIQUIDIATOR ANYWAY. WHICH HE SAID IT WAS THEIR PROBLEM. I HAD TO CONTACT A CARPET CLEANER ON MY OWN.
