Everything went terrific! The painters were very efficient and professional. They did an excellent job painting the house, making sure there was no overspray on the windows, etc. They also removed my gutter downspouts since I was getting them replaced. Overall, I was very satisfied and would definitely recommend them!

Patton responded promptly to our request for a quote. The consultant who met with us, Katy, was very knowledgeable and professional, and a pleasure to work with. However, Patton was significantly higher in price, and we chose not to use them for this project. We would consider them again in the future.

Excellent! The 2-man team that came out to perform the work (Mike/Richie) did a wonderful job. They were professional, reliable, worked diligently, I am very pleased and would ask them back for any future painting needs. Due to it being winter and painting needs for the company were slower, they had a sale going on to elicit more business and we took advantage of that sale. The estimated cost below reflects the sale price. However, seeing the great work they do, if my painting needs were immediate and it was spring, summer, or fall, I would still ask this company to work for me even at a higher price knowing what great work they do.

Overall it was okay. They were a little higher priced than some others i shopped around. They did pretty good, but with a 3 year warranty I called them about a few little problems and never heard back.

Was the only company of 5 that I contacted that returned my call and made an appointment.  Arrived at appointment at specified time.  Gave reasonable quote, but recommended residing house with Hardie board rather than painting it.  I followed his advise.

Everyone we dealt with, from the estimating and scheduling to performing the work and paying the final invoice, was very professional and pleasant. They gave us good advice regarding our deck furniture, and they handled a change order efficiently and fairly. Most importantly of all, the job itself looks fantastic! I would highly recommend them. The difference between hiring an established, professional business like Patton and our previous experience with a "college kids" seasonal painting company is obvious: they weren't really any more expensive, but the quality of their work (and their reputation in our area) is vastly superior.

Patton did a great job.  Their bid was cheaper than their top competitor.  A crew of 6 put in a solid 2 weeks work.  Always clean and professional.  They also dealt with some difficult triple track windows that they removed and put back into place.  I asked them to clean the windows, which they don't really do in their company, but they agreed to do that as well.  Great company.

"We reviewed the estimators notes, his worksheet, and his calculations for creating the price on your project. We would assert that his price represents a fair value for the scope of work specified. This type of work is specialized, and requires a great deal of skill and patience to pull off right. The estimator had a crew of 2 men on site for 4 days – needless to say a labor intensive project. While we understand we are not the company for everyone, we were most assuredly interested in the project. We take every opportunity we are presented with seriously, and give the estimation of each project the time and attention it deserves. The estimator spent 20-30 minutes on site with the customer, and about an hour tabulating and writing up the estimate. If he felt the project wasn’t a good fit for our company, he would have made it clear in the initial meeting, thus avoiding the additional investment in time that comes with tabulating and writing a proposal. Patton Painting currently has around 60 review on Angie’s list. Occasionally we get a “B” rating on price, but our average is “A”. Most of the people we work for feel that they receive a good value for the price they paid. This is supported not only by our Angie’s List rating, but also the fact that 80% of our business comes from repeat business and referrals from happy customers."

Painters were extremely prompt, very clean and kept diligently to their work.  Mike was my crew leader and he was wonderful.  Very easy to work with.  VERY PROMPT!  Kept me informed as they went of anything they had questions about and the job was done in a week and all is well.  Reasonable, detail-oriented.  Would definitely use again.

Patton has now painted just about every room inside our house, and just completed the complete exterior of the house.  They are beyond excellent - from the office staff to the paint crews, everyone we have dealt with has been polite, patient and professional.  Their work is outstanding; they never leave a mess behind.  We can't recommend them highly enough!
