Description of Work: Snaked out a bath sink, fixed two sink stoppers, repaired plumbing at disposal, installed a pressure tank, removed old sump pump (cleaned out crud, poured new concrete base and installed new pump.)

Dave was late for that, but he was extremely apologetic (and frankly, it's hard to predict how long a plumbing job will take, so the job he did previously took longer than he anticipated). He was exceptionally thorough, took care to keep his work area clean and explained every single thing he did. When he came back to do the repair work, he was exactly on time and did a wonderful job, and was also very thorough in explaining exactly what he did, and making future recommendations. I'd use him again in a heartbeat!!!
Description of Work: We discovered water leaking down the walls of our living room, after we would flush our upstairs toilet. We called Dave Hasselbusch and he came over one day to see the problem. He thought it could be two different things, one of which would require cutting a hole to get to the drain pipe in the bathroom. He set up an appointment to return. Came back, removed our toilet and found that the house's previous owner had installed a new floor, but had not removed the old flange, and installed it on the new floor, leaving a gap between the toilet and the old flange. Which he filled with several wax rings. Dave put in a repair flange so that our toilet now had a direct connection, and reinstalled the toilet.

David was polite, knowledgeable, genuinely concerned, skillful, proactive and respectful of me and my home. It is obvious that he takes pride in his work. He is very professional, diligent and focused. I was pleasantly surprised that he cleaned as he worked. David also checked and re-checked to ensure that the toilet worked properly after he cleared it. Also, the woman that answered the phone and scheduled my appointment was very pleasant. I will definitely utilize Hasselbusch Plumbing again and have already highly recommended it to others.

+ -1 moreDave is awesome. He is our plumber of choice. We consider Dave a friend, not just our plumber. He has always done great work for us, and we will continue to call him for all our repairs. We are so comfortable with Dave that if he is here working, I have no problem leaving him here alone. Dave also works great with animals. Our nosy Border collie follows him back and forth from his truck while he is getting parts and usually sits and watches the whole job. Dave and his wife run a GREAT business. He is always on time. He cleans the job site when finished. He is an honest and trustworthy man. He does great work. If you need a plumber, call Dave.
Description of Work: Dave replaced a very old leaky kitchen faucet and replaced the one on our sanitary tub. The job in the kitchen was not easy. The faucet had rusted so bad that it really did not want to come out.

+ -1 moreDavid was about ten minutes late but worked very efficiently. He was very friendly and yet very professional. Considering the time spent and the high level of workmanship, I thought his rates were incredibly reasonable!
Description of Work: He removed an old toilet that was leaking and running from the upstairs bathroom. I bought a new toilet from him for $140.00 that he had in his van. The Kohler toilet was basic but very dependable, water-saving and should last about 15 years. He then removed the old toilet (1950s pink!) and saw that the flooring beneath was not in good shape; he then advised us to hire a carpenter to repair the flooring. He did install the new toilet and plunged it until it was working smoothly. He even grouted around the toilet and did not leave one speck of dust behind! He also replaced a part on a waterpipe down in the basement that I hadn't noticed until that very morning.

+ 0 moreDavid, the owner of the business showed up on time. He kept all the areas of the house he had to work in very clean even though it was pouring outside. The scope of the work was much more than we both had anticipated because David had to remove one of the toilets. At all times he never showed any sign of impatience. He worked very efficiently, perfectly matching the new grout he had to put in after reinstalling the toilet and he gave me friendly advice on how to avoid the costly mistake that cause one of the problems in the first place. I would rehire him in a heartbeat.
Description of Work: Fixed a leaking toilet. Unplugged a drain. Unplugged another toilet, having to remove the toilet because a foreign object was blocking it. Had to work on a tiled surfaced. Did not break any tiles and perfectly regrouted the area after reinstalling the toilet.

HE CLEANED UP AFTER THE WORK WAS DONE, TOOK TIME TO HAVE US EXAMINE THE COMPLETED WORK TO MAKE SURE IT MET OUR SATISFACTION. WE WILL DEFINITELY USE HIS OUTSTANDING SKILLS AGAIN. HIS TOTAL RESULTS ARE OUTSTANDING. A VERY HONEST INDIVIDUAL, WITH INTEGRITY. Second time we have had them do work. On time, work again was excellent.

DAVE HAD TO RESCHEDULE THAT DAY DUE TO AN EMERGENCY, BUT HE CAME OUT LATER IN THE DAY AND DID NOT CHARGE US FOR THE SERVICE CHARGE. I WILL USE THEM AGAIN. THE B RATINGS ARE STILL ''GOOD''. I AM VERY HAPPY WITH THE EXPERIENCE.
