This was my second major project with Joe. He communicates well and did a great job removing the sink and installing the sump pit, pump and various pipes. It was a lot of work, but it was completed to my satisfaction and he left the area cleaner than when he came. He is always respectful of your property and treats it like it was his own. He is also concerned more with doing a good job than on upselling you on stuff you don't need. I wouldn't call any other plumber at this point.

Joe was thorough in his questions and answers and didn't appear to be pushing us to do more than was needed - but also not make the mistake of doing too little to fix the problem for the long term. He was the only one to voluntarily inspect the line with his own camera so he knew exactly what he was facing. Others assumed because the city told us we needed to dig that we needed to dig, and one suggested going further (without a camera inspection to see the actual condition of the line). Joe followed up after the initial consultation. I shared the results of the second backup and the camera inspection, and he agreed with what we were seeing on that inspection (it was done immediately after the line was cleared and provided a very clear view of the suspected break, the missing inspection tee, and the root problem). We were glad to avoid the major expense and we learned the value of getting a good second opinion. My recommendation to homeowners is to get a complete second opinion and let the contractor ask questions. We started with the assumption we had to dig. Joe didn't assume we had all the facts, and he asked questions and looked for himself. I had more confidence in his proposal as a result

The service went very well but the service provider was unable to locate the storm sewer test tee riser. I was informed to contact the city to find out about the test tee riser at the property line. The provider was very informative and gave advice about other plumbing issues that I had. He also gave me a a discount for arriving a little late as well an additional Angie's List discount. The provider also explained the water issue in the basement and that sometimes it's best to take several steps before doing a complete waterproofing job. I would recommend this company to others for any sewer and plumbing issues.

Our main sewer line needed to be replaced between the house and the street. It ran under a small patio made of pavers and down the middle of the driveway before turning into the yard and connecting to the city sewer. This job was complicated by the fact that I had a driveway contractor coordinating with Joe to replace the driveway, so he had to coordinate days and times with the driveway guy. Joe explained what he was going to do and answered all questions beforehand. When it came time to do the job, he excavated a new trench with no damage to any of the surrounding areas. He installed the new pipe and backfilled and compacted the trench with gravel. The driveway contractor later commented how impressed he was at how well the trench was backfilled. Joe came back in about 10 days to replace the pavers that had been removed to dig out the pipe and he did a nice job doing that as well. Overall, Joe was great throughout the process. Communication was awesome and he was very friendly. The other thing I really liked is I felt that he was committed to doing a good job and wasn't trying to upsell me on a bunch of things I didn't really need. The job was done with as little disruption as possible to my yard and landscaping. Joe will be getting all future plumbing jobs from me.

It went incredibly well. He worked quickly and knew exactly how to solve the problem. He is very experienced and answered all my questions throughout the process.

Joe hand-dug the work area, which minimized disruption, and replaced about 30 feet of sewer line.

Due to extreme tree root infiltration, Joe was able to get only the smallest cutter through sewer line (after 3 hours of trying). He explained possible likelihood of future problems.
