Ed was excellent to work with. First, I appreciated that Ed himself is a no-BS kind of guy. He gave me realistic estimates of what our house would sell for, based on a detailed market analysis of similar houses in our area. He didn't try to do anything but provide us with reasonable numbers, including a detailed breakdown of all the fees for his services, and all the other miscellaneous junk that goes into buying/selling homes.
The real strength though is in the team Ed has built around him. It started with the stager, who came to our house and helped us figure out the high priority items to get straight before selling, and all the little tips and tricks to make the house appealing to as many people as possible. It continued with the professional photographer he had come over to shoot the pictures of our house. I'm convinced that these two alone helped us get the 5+ showings a week we got. Seriously, there is no comparison - when we looked at other people's listings on the buying end, it was obvious how much better ours looked because of these two.
Jenny, who works with Ed was also awesome. She met us numerous times to go through houses, sometimes at weird hours, and a couple of times even ran interference when a pesky home owner didn't leave while we were checking out the house. She was great.
The professionalism continued throughout the rest of the process, through closing on both houses within a week of each other. Ed dealt with a FSBO on our buying side with no problems, even though the seller was kind of a doofus, and a cheapskate.
The online tool you get access to was also great - we would see houses long before they would show up on Zillow or Realtor.com.
All in all, I Ed and his team got us the results that we wanted given the current market, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him and his team to anyone!

As a first time home buyer, I knew nothing about the home buying process. I needed someone that knew the areas I was interested in and to guide me through the whole process and assist in getting that perfect house. Within 5 minutes of meeting Ed for the first time, I felt like I've known him for years. He took time to learn about me, what I was looking for, my future plans, etc.
He took notes and showed me those houses that matched my criteria. One thing that I loved about him was that he was not only my Realtor - he acted like a friend that I can trust and get feedback from if I wasn't sure about a property or had any questions at all.
Ed made the home buying process very smooth and stress free (well, as much as possible) and I'm very delighted to have worked with him.

Ed Huck and his team worked wonders for us. Right from the start, Ed and the team did things above and beyond what a real estate agent normally must address. Before the house even was listed, Ed helped us to find contractors to perform necessary repairs and maintenance on the house and the yard, he brought in a stager to provide tips, and he had a professional photographer take photos of the house for on-line marketing. All of this was much appreciated because none of our family members live in Ohio, where our late parents' house is located. Ed's marketing efforts were terrific. Because he marketed the house through a number of on-line sites and in other ways, an amazing number of potential buyers came to see the house. Ed and his team also impressed us with his efforts to keep us informed as to what he was doing to market the house, how many people looked at the house, and what feedback was coming in from potential buyers. All of this information really helped us to make the decisions that were necessary to get the house sold. Ed successfully found a buyer for the house within a few short months, which is impressive in such a difficult period for real estate transactions. Ed and his team also took care of a number of details relating to the closing. In short, Ed and his team made the entire process very easy for us. I would enthusiastically recommend Ed Huck and his team to anyone looking to sell a home.

We met with and interviewed a couple Real Estate agents to help us buy our first house. But as soon as we met with Ed, we knew that he was the one to help us. We looked at over 50 houses with us and he was able to find the only house both my husband and I agreed upon.
His entire staff is wonderful and between the entire time, we were walked through the process and explained, in detail, what will happen next. If we had any questions, we were able to get a quick answer.

Ed Huck and his team are true professionals. Ed promptly returned my initial call and scheduled an appointment to come to our home for an initial consultation. He was well prepared for the meeting and provided us with a detailed market analysis. One month later, when we decided to list our house with Ed we had a candid conversation about pricing and time on market. We priced our house based on Ed's recommendation and had multiple offers within one week of listing.
Ed always returned our calls promptly and clearly stated our position to the buyers during the negotiation process. Once we had an accepted offer Ed's teammate, Kelly, took over the process. She too was a pleasure to work with. Kelly handled all requests from us and the buyers promptly.

Ed was fantastic. There was a massive snow storm and we still went looking for homes, he still took us around in at least a foot of snow. He was very informative. He helped us look at things in houses to make sure it would be something we were willing to live with. We really put him through the ringer and he was such a trooper about it. He was so good, very sweet, and informative. His whole team was really accommodating. They are one of the best that we have encountered. We always keep in contact with him. He is a go getter. He wants things done. He wants them done quickly and efficiently.

They are awesome. Ed works really hard to sell your home. He sold mine in a week. I would use them again. They are a great team to work with and have great communication. He follows up; he sends me a postcard quarterly and calls annually. He just really keeps in touch with you.

We met Ed and his team when we moved here from another city 2 years ago. I originally found Ed on Facebook, and it just so happened that the same day he was recommended to my husband by a coworker. They worked tirelessly to help us find our home. We were in a race to find something before school started so we could enroll our children. Ed and his team lessened the stress during a very stressful time. I don't know how many homes we walked through, but it was a LOT. Through one contract that fell though because the owners accepted another offer, one that we backed out of, and the ordeal of getting into the one we bought, they were in constant contact with us, and were always just a phone call away. We continue to keep a relationship with them, and if we are ever in the market for another home, we know who we'll call. We recently referred some colleagues of my husband's to Ed, and he had their home sold in no time!
