Ed and his team did a great job of selling my home in Fairview Park.
Ed's analysis of my home as well as his insight into the market conditions proved to be very accurate. As a home owner, it is can be hard to view your house with an objective eye, but Ed brought that needed objectivity which helped in setting price and negotiating offers.

From the very first contact with Ed Huck the communication was excellent.  We found him to be honest, straight forward and realistic.  He did not give us false expectations.  Once we listed our property with him he arranged to send out a stager and a photographer that both took the extra time to make sure that the house looked great, both online and in person.  This was done at no additional cost to us.  Our house ended up selling in three days.  The communication continued to be excellent throughout the whole process.  His team was extremely responsive and make the process very simple.  We recommend the Ed Huck Team very highly and would definitely use them again.  Their service was a breath of fresh air.

Both the buying and selling went wonderfully. Our realtor, Jenny, was fantastic in aiding us to find our new house (Medina). She really listened to us and helped us narrow down our search. Ed was the realtor that sold our old house (Lakewood). We couldn't believe how quickly it sold? three days! The whole team made the process as easy as possible, knowing that it's very stressful to do this.

The are very responsive.  Great listeners (even between the lines).  They made the transition for my mom very easy.  They took their time with us making sure we understood everything, even the detailed contracts.  We dealt with Mary Goodwin ~ she has an excellent personality and is very upbeat and positive.  My mom found comfort in that.

Working with the Ed Huck Team was a fantastic experience.   I contacted the owner, Ed Huck, via Angie's List because of their great rating.   Ed came to my house to discuss what his team could do to list my house, what price range to consider and worked to understand my needs for selling the house (addressing price desired and time frame to sell).
The team then sent out an expert on curb appeal to help us look at the house inside and out as a new buyer, making suggestions on minor changes to make like fresh paint and removing some clutter to give a more open appearance.
The house went on the market on Aug 24th and we sold the house 5 weeks later for 3k more than we were asking.  Given the neighborhood had 150 houses for sale, listed at 15% less than my house, I can attribute the quick sale and great price to Ed Huck's marketing plan.
They sent a professional photographer to my house to take pictures inside and out.  They created several listings for the house including a youtube video to help promote the house.
After every showing they collected feedback from visiting realtors and potential buyers and provided that feedback so we could make minor changes to improve curb appeal.  Because of how well the Ed Huck Team prepared us, most feedback was very positive and anything negative was more related to things out of our control like location or neighborhood.
Once the house received an offer, the team worked with us every step of the way to make sure we understood what was taking place during the 5 week selling period from status of the buyer's loan, to paperwork needed by the escrow agents, to final steps to close the house for the new buyer.
We would definitely use the Ed Huck Team again both for selling a house or for help finding the next home.

Jenny Strasser and the Ed Huck Team listed and sold our King James Condo. They provided a professional stager to review the decor and paid for professional photographs of the property for the MLS. They communicated regularly and kept us apprised of showings and feedback from each viewing. Their team also assisted us at closing by providing phone numbers and a timeline to shut off and transfer utilities. They are very professional and great to work with

Jenny was our buyers agent and she was great! We were first time buyers in a hot market where homes would sell in less than a week. She was amazingly responsive and made so much time to get us into all the houses we wanted to see. She was also fantastic giving us advice and help through the whole buying process. Ed and his team -- I worked with him on the selling end and Jenny Strasser on the buying end and Karen McMuldren on both closings -- are fantastic.  Ed's knowledge of Cleveland real estate and of the whole real estate game in general is vast, and it definitely shows.
On the selling side, they worked with a stager and a professional photographer, which given the use of realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, et al for people to prescreen properties, was a great boon. My condo looked amazing in all marketing pieces, both in print and online. 
I had the misfortune of the first sale of my condo falling through, and everyone rallied around me. They tried to rescue the sale, but unfortunately the buyer had too many financial issues. But even though it was back to the drawing board on both in selling and buying, everyone was very supportive, very patient, and very communicative. 
On the buying end, Jenny was unfailingly enthusiastic, caring, and listening. She was great fun to go through the process with, and she was ALWAYS in touch (very unlike some experiences I've had with Realtors). I could count on her to handle whatever I threw at her.
Karen wrassled all of the myriad details of both closing processes. You couldn't pay me enough to do that job, but she was ALWAYS on top of things, and worked amazingly well with both title agencies.
This is all given that in terms of real estate deals I was a small potatoes kind of gal. They truly believe that word of mouth is their best marketing strategy, and I will be recommending them to friends and family.

Ed came to our house and showed us exactly what needed done before we listed. He provided a list of contractors and a stager, to help us prepare to put the home on the market. His whole team was great to work with....I definitely would recommend him if your selling a house in the west suburbs of Cleveland.

I live out of state, and I turned to Angie's List to find a realtor to help me sell my mom's house.  The Ed Huck Team was highly rated so I interviewed Ed and a few other realtors.  I chose Ed because of the size of his team, the number of houses they sell in a year, and his understanding of how important the online presence is in the market today (instead of open houses).  But what I got was much more in terms of value-added service.
He has a very good grasp on which improvements are worth it and which ones aren't.  I knew no contractors, so he provided contacts and referrals (usually more than one, so I could choose).  I used his stager who gave me an overall game plan, his handyman, his painter, his plumber, his electrician, his bathroom refinisher, and was satisfied with all.   We decided on the price together and he provided me with regular updates as to what was going on in the market.
My mom's house sold for over list price in just a few days.

My aunt also decided to sell her house, so I called Ed again.  We did the whole thing again!  Her house was a little more tricky, maybe a little less desirable.  But no matter, Ed and his team helped me through the process.  We sold at a fair market price in less than 6 weeks.

I was able to manage the majority of this long distance!  Even closing was done online and remotely.

Ed was great on the selling side. Does a great job of explaining the market you are in and what price you can reasonable expect to get for your home. Fantastic support throughout the entire process. Always makes himself available whether it's to talk on the phone or show you a home.
Jenny was equally great on the buying side! She coordinated our search effort and always had someone to back her up to show us houses if her schedule didn't fit with ours. We were on a fairly tight timeline and Jenny understood that and worked hard to get us into as many places as possible. Again she understands the market and what is a reasonable price for a house.

I was a great experience working with Jenny (Jenny Strasser) in Ed's team this spring. With her help, we bought our first house. We feel very lucky to have Jenny because she is very patient and considerate. She taught us a lot during the process and helped us on our new house even after we moved in. She is very responsive and never pushed us for decision. She also got great technical support from Ed's team.

We listed a house that we inherited with the Ed Huck Keller Williams Realty team. Ed really knows his stuff!  When we initially met with him, we had already decided that we would just sell the house for whatever we could get for it and be done with it, because we knew it needed a lot of work.  Ed toured the house and gave us his opinion on what improvements we could make that could really increase the value of the home, and which ones would give us the biggest bang for our buck.  I valued his opinions and everything he said made sense to us.  We decided to go ahead and do most of the work that he recommended.  He was a tremendous help in getting quotes for us for the improvements and stayed involved throughout the whole process.

The marketing that the Ed Huck team does is top notch!  Everything was very professional and they kept us informed every step of the way.  Their on-line document processing system is awesome, and was a tremendous time saver over manually signing the documents, especially since one of the owners resided out of state.  The market updates they emailed us on a regular basis were very helpful in keeping us informed of home sales and prices in the area.

After making the suggested improvements, we put the house on the market and got an offer the very first day for the full asking price!  We were ecstatic, to say the least.  Unfortunately, the deal fell through, due to some issues with the buyer.  Fortunately, there was enough interest in the property (which I contribute to the excellent advertising that Ed did) that we were able to get several other offers.  We were still able to sell it for the full asking price and the deal went through without any hitches!

We received a very fair price for the property, which was in line with selling prices similar to other houses that sold in the area. Had we not put the extra money in the improvements, I believe it would have sold for less that half of what we ultimately sold it for.

 

Throughout the process, I was very impressed with the professionalism, promptness and knowledge of the whole Ed Huck team.  I would not hesitate for a moment using their services again.  He made the experience as painless as possible.  Throughout the process I had other friends that were also trying to sell houses, and their real estate agents did not do a fraction of what the Ed Huck team for us.  We are so happy that we decided to use Ed Huck of Keller Williams Realty, which by the way, we found by searching for a realtor on Angie's List.  It more than paid for our membership!!  Thank you for the great service!!
