There were many different jobs done at different times through the years. Michael did an excellent job at a very fair price. Our bathroom ceiling was peeling, and he put up drywall and finished it off with molding - it looks great. The tub also had no protection around it, so he installed a tub surround with new faucets, and it has held up very well. He updated our electrical box to bring it up to code. When our hot water tank broke, he quickly came to our rescue and installed a new tank. He was honest, friendly and helpful in every way. I would recommend him to anyone.

Another great experience with Mike. He came in and installed a glass mosaic backsplash in my kitchen -- it goes from counter to cabinets down the length of both sides of my galley kitchen -- he did a beautiful job and I love the way it looks! A previous contractor had made a repair to a wall in my bedroom and left the texture looking pretty bad. He got it looking great, and painted the spot to match the rest of the room.

Mike came through my new condo with my Realtor and provided a very reasonable estimate for the repairs I wanted to make. He had some great suggestions and tweaks to my list of repairs, including installing ceramic tile. He is very professional and thorough, has a ton of experience and you can tell he has a sense of pride in his work. He showed up on time daily, everything was complete within about 3 days, and he cleaned up well when he was finished. He was very communicative, he kept me informed about his progress, and answered any questions I had. The tile in the bathroom looks beautiful! When he was installing it he found that the toilet flange had rusted/rotted out so he replaced that for me at a very reasonable cost. There were a lot of little electrical/outlet issues that he took care of, and one larger one. There was an outlet in the kitchen that was installed behind the stove display, and there was really no good way to access it. He installed two new outlets on either side of the oven, and removed and put wall over the old one. The kitchen desperately needed more outlets, so this change is really going make the kitchen more user friendly! He also replaced the pop-up drain & drain surround on both tubs... the old ones were corroded, so it looks a lot better visually. I would not hesitate to call Mike again... in fact, I already have my next project planned!
