Description of Work: Bay Furnace installed a new furnace, air conditioner, humidifier and attic fan. Our 21 year old HVAC system had multiple problems over the past year and when the air conditioner failed this summer, we decided it was time to replace our old furnace, air conditioner, humidifier, and add on heat pump system with a new system (and eliminate the heat pump). Bay Furnace did a complete review of our needs and the current airflow in our house. They then developed several options at various price ranges for us and were very helpful answering our many questions. They also helped us keep our current system running for a couple of months so that we could take advantage of manufacturer's rebates that came out late in the summer. The installation went smoothly and the installers were very knowledgeable. The sales rep/project manager was present every day to oversee the work. He also met with us after installation to go over operating instructions for the system. We are very satisfied with Bay Furnace.

Description of Work: WE HAD A LEAKY VENT PIPE RUNNING FROM THE FURNACE TO THE ROOF. THEY CAME IN AND ASSESSED THE SITUATION, AND DETERMINED THAT WE SHOULD HAVE THE PIPE REPLACED COMPLETELY. I FELT IT WAS THE RIGHT DECISION AND THEY DID A GREAT JOB. WE ALSO HAD A NEW HOT WATER TANK PUT IN.
