Called Bay and set up appointment (very nice to work with). The serviceman called ahead and showed up as scheduled. Very clean-cut and professional. Advised that the thermocouple needed to be replaced and showed me the old part and the new before replacing. Boiler is now set for another year!!

Bay Furnace has serviced my old furnace for years so they were my first choice to replace the existing units. Their team from sales to install to service are top notch. The entire process - two days- went smoothly. Paul took the extra time to explain in detail the working of the new thermostat, and the details of options with both the furnace and the AC unit. I highly recommend this team for furnace and AC work.

The man who gave the estimate was very professional as were the two workmen. When I had concerns they were good about explaining things to us. They answered all my questions. They did a good job and we were happy. We will use them again.

Our 20 year old furnace stopped working. Despite it being Friday morning and totally booked, Bay Furnace sent a repairman to our house that day. He fixed it so we had heat, but he informed us that we needed a new furnace. Paul came to our house on Saturday morning and helped us pick out a new furnace. Bay installed it on Monday morning. We are very pleased with the quality of service and product from Bay Furnace. We will always use Bay Furnace for our heating and cooling needs. They are prompt, helpful, fair, and skillful.

The price is for the annual contract.

This was a big job, complicated by the lack of correct ductwork, both supply and return. Cost estimate was competitive with other bids. The job was estimated to take 5 consecutive days; it actually took 4 days. Workmen were on time each day. They were in every room of the house, when all was said and done. They were neat, cleaned up thoroughly each day, polite, took care with our dogs and cats. Project manager reviewed all features and controls of the thermostat with us personally. Very happy with this company.

Bay's technician, Marty, was very thorough in his check of my HVAC systems, explaining very clearly what the issues were and solutions. Completed work in a timely manner after showing up at the appointed time. Good experience with Bay!

Professional sales staff, no high pressure. With Carrier rebate of $1100, was able to upgrade to high efficiency system. Work was done as promised. Small change I requested on extra heat duct run was taken care of in a second visit at no charge. I interviewed six different companies and Bay offered more product for less money.

Excellent. Paul Dooney was a consultative representative, and he took the time to look at our furnace and A/C and offer counsel on them. He was very helpful! The installers were very professional, too.

TECHNICIAN WAS ON TIME AND VERY POLITE. HE EXPLAINED ALL DETAILS OF WHAT HE WOULD BE DOING BEFORE THE CHECKUP AS WELL AS AFTER THE CHECKUP.

OUR WATER HEATER DIED AT 3:30 PM ON A FRIDAY. WE PUT IN A CALL TO BAY HEATING and COOLING, AND THEY CAME OUT PROMPTLY TO REPLACE IT. WE WERE IMPRESSED WITH HOW QUICKLY THEY ARRIVED, DESPITE THE FACT THAT IT WAS THE END OF THE DAY ON A FRIDAY. THE TWO MEN DOING THE WORK WERE VERY CAREFUL NOT TO BUMP DOOR FRAMES OR MAKE ANY KIND OF MESS WHILE INSTALLING THE NEW WATER HEATER AND REMOVING THE OLD ONE. THIS IS A GREAT COMPANY TO WORK WITH. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE, VERY PROFESSIONAL.

WE HAD HIRED ANOTHER COMPANY TO DO BOILER REPAIRS. AFTER FOUR VISITS FROM THE OTHER COMPANY (AND $900), THE BOILER STILL WASNT FUNCTIONING PROPERLY. BAY HEATING AND COOLING CAME OUT AND SPENT 2 HOURS AND NOW IT IS WORKING GREAT! PLUS, THEY DIDNT AUTOMATICALLY TRY TO SELL ME A NEW UNIT.

OVERALL GREAT SERVICE. SENT TWO MEN TO FINISH WORK THE ELECTRICIAN DIDNT FINISHED. VERY PLEASED WITH THE RESULTS.

I THOUGHT THEY COULD HAVE TOLD ME HOW TO DO THIS WORK OVER THE PHONE INSTEAD OF CHARGING FOR DOING IT.

HE EXPLAINED IT WAS AN EASY UNIT TO WORK ON. HE TOOK HIS TIME AND DID A THOROUGH JOB. I WAS VERY SATISFIED.

THEY ARRIVED AT 8:15 AND LEFT AT FOUR. THEY DID NOT EVEN CHECK TO SEE IF THE FURNACE WOULD STAY RUNNING. SOMEONE NAMED JIM AND A YOUNGER FELLOW CAME TO MY HOME. THEY ALSO NEVER ASKED TO USE THE BATHROOM A COUPLE OF TIMES. I FELT IT WAS VERY RUDE. I FELT THEY WERE TRYING TO GET OUT OF THE HOUSE DUE TO HOLIDAY. JIM AND HIS YOUNGER HELPER LIKE TO USE YOUR HOUSE AS IF IT IS THEIRS. THEY WALKED THROUGH THE KITCHEN WHEN THE DOOR WAS CLOSED.

SERVICE PERSON DISCLOSED WATER TANK STILL UNDER WARRANTY AND PROVIDED INFO TO ME (NEW HOMEOWNER) HOW TO CONTACT COMPANY. HE DID NOT CHARGE US FOR THIS SERVICE CALL. HE PROVIDED INFO FOR US TO HAVE TANK REPAIRED FREE. HE WAS POLITE, THOROUGH AND FAIR IN A SITUATION WHERE WE COULD HAVE BEEN TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF EASILY.

THEY WERE PUNCTUAL AND SEEMED TO DO A THOROUGH JOB OF SERVICING MY FURNACE.

WE WOULD RECOMMEND BAY FURNACE FOR ALL WORK.

AFTER VOICING MY DISSATISFACTION ABOUT THE FIRST REPAIRMAN TO OWNER LYNN ROBINSON, HE PROMISED TO SEND A DIFFERENT TECH, BUT THE SAME MAN (JACK) WAS ON MY DOORSTEP HOURS LATER FOR THE RECALL. A THIRD PAID REPAIR BY A 4TH BAY REP (TONY) FINALLY FOUND THE ACTUAL PROBLEM. OWNER IS A VERY NICE and PERSONABLE MAN, BUT LYNN FAILED TO APPOLOGIZE OR OFFER ANY BREAK DUE TO MY DISPLEASURE WITH SERVICE. END RESULT: I''M NOW SHOPPING FOR TRANE REPLACEMENT UNIT FROM DIFFERENT COMPANY (BASED ON CONSUMER REPORTS REPAIR RECORDS).

THEY COME VERY QUICKLY. HAD IT ALL HAULED AWAY AND HAD THE NEW FURNACE IN VERY FAST. WE WERE VERY SATISFIED.

WE HAVE AN ANNUAL CONTRACT TO SERVICE OUR FURNACE AND A/C. THEY SENT OUT A POSTCARD TO REMIND ME OF APPOINTMENT DATE AND TIME. THEY ARRIVED ON TIME. THEY CHECKED AND CLEANED FILTERS AND OUTSIDE UNIT TOO.
