Computer Repair
It did not go well. First they pushed us out after buying a new iPhone 12 Pro Max online at Apple site without activating the phone. They said that the phone number associated with the order should have been the phone number associated with the phone. Well on our way to get the phone activated at ATT, I called Apple and they said NO, the phone number associated with the order is just to provide updates with the order and is not associated with the phone. Secondly, we went to ATT store and they said -- First the SIM card was bad so ATT gave us a new one, Second, the iOS was not up to date out of box and not typical per ATT. So Apple screwed us 3 ways -- rushed us out without activation, sold us a phone with a bad SIM card, and sold us a phone with an obsolete iOS. I'm sure when the manager responds to this -- if they do -- that it was all due to COVID. The first one - rushing us out maybe - but not the other issues. And as for the girl named "Foodstamp" that serviced us, your dancing while servicing us was really "meh".

They walk you through everything, and they say click on this and click on that, and design your own webpage. How you can remove pictures from your iphone and put on your webpage. They get into these computers and the genius they must be. They are so full of people, you have pick a number. You can make an appointment and they see you right away, and you have so many people to help you, it is like a rotating door.
