The technician arrived when scheduled. The job was done in less time than I expected. All required parts were available in the truck. Several components were replaced when the technician noticed that they were old and needed replacing. The work areas were cleaned nicely after the work was complete. It was a great relief not to have to do the work myself. I was very pleased with the experience. I will definitely use this company again.

The plumber arrived 30 minutes before the scheduled time. Fortunately, I was home. He determined what he believed the problem was and told me he would order a part and call me when it came in. After he left, I had some follow-up questions that would affect what was ordered. I called three times and left a message with the receptionist. I never received a call from the plumber. The receptionist would not give me a direct contact number.

I have spent 2 years fighting with this basement drain, including setting a timer when the washer is running to prevent flooding (not always successful!) I had another plumber try to snake it & he suggested I would have to have the basement floor broken up to replace the trap. Corey persevered in snaking the drain, including sticking his arm down up to his elbow. He advised me the the top of the trap had a couple of broken pieces, but he pulled them out, continued to snake it, and Voila, a free running drain!! It certainly is nice to be able to do other things while the washer runs!! Two years of inconvenience solved in 30 minutes!

It would be hard to be more pleased than I was with the experience. Plumbing issues are never smooth, but this was (from my experience on the ground). I have used American Plumbing in the past and will continue to do so.

Excellent experience. Responded promptly to request for estimate, underbid competitor by hundreds of dollars, began work promptly upon acceptance of bid and completed all work in four hours, and left no signs they were even there in the work area other than the new water heater and faucets and the repaired toilet. All the work was done a month ago and everything is functioning as expected.

I thought the service was very good. They were very attentive and concerned about resolving the problem. The work was done in a timely manner with a reasonable price.

They were very pleasant and did a decent job. They cleaned up after themselves and I would call them again. They quoted me a price and stuck with it.

They arrived early for the appointment. The technicians were professional. They came with the proper equipment did the job, and then double-checked their work.

This company was very good. After I bought my water heater three workers came out to install it and they did a great job. I had a very good experience with this company.

When I called to make an appointment, they were able to schedule it for the next day between 4 and 5. The employee arrived around 4:30 and took about a half hour to complete the job including cleaning up the work area. I was very happy with the work, price, and service!

Jackhammered a small section of driveway, dug down a couple of feet, and repaired a broken/disconnected section of pipe. Job was completed in approx 1 1/2 hrs including time away to get parts(why not stocked on their large truck?).

American Plumbing is the best plumber I have ever had in my life. He is fabulous. He is a master plumber and a genius at what he does.

I called American on Saturday afternoon after a different plumber failed to clear the clog in the bathtub drain. They said they would come within the hour, they showed up about 10 minutes later. The plumber ran the snake down the drain and determined that the clog was at the elbow where the drain connects under the basement floor. He believed it to be tree roots and other debris. He needed to come back the following day because he had to get the equipment to dig up the basement floor. He came back the following morning, sledge hammered the area by the pipe, replaced the lower half of the pipe and elbow and ran the snake down the rest of the drain. He then cemented the area around the pipe. He cleaned up all debris and washed down the floor with a mop.

I called American Plumbing and they were very accommodating. Apparently they even work on Saturday and Sunday, but I was available on Friday which was two days after I called. I had an appointment between 1 and 3 PM on a Friday afternoon and the plumber arrived at 2:20. The plumber arrived and completed the work quickly and efficiently, cleaned up, and left at about 2:55 PM.

They were very prompt. They came the next day. They answered questions. Explained what had happened. They were a pleasure to do business with. I would hire them again.

I have used them several times and have always been satisfied. No matter what I need done they know what to do. They are on time and clean up after themselves. They are nice to my dogs.

I work was done in GREAT fashion. We are always happy with American Plumbing's fine job.

Called Thursday afternoon and advise problem. Appt. set for next day between 11:00am and 1pm. Arrived at 12pm and first plumber snaked twice. He was very polite, efficient and professional. After snaking he cleaned up everything. Then Don came and sent him to another job and finished fixing the pipes under the sink and fixed the leaking faucet. It only took him about 30 minutes then also cleaned up. Don was wonderful! Friendly, professional and efficient. I was worried having 2 men out would cost a lot more than it did. WOW! I was so surprised at what they charged. Not only was I thrilled with this company and would use again I will also tell everyone I know (like I'm doing on this list) but also by word of mouth how happy I was.

Twenty year old water tank failed around 7am. Called American at 8, told serviceman would arrive between 2 to 4pm. At 1:40, the plumber arrived and completed the job in an hour and a half. Cleaned up when done. The work was outstanding and the price was more than fair. I will definitely use American Plumbing for all future projects and problems.

It went great. They arrived on time and had the job completed in a very short time. They work efficiently and wasted no time. I would definitely use them again in the future.

They did an excellent job. I called them and they came out the very next day. They rebuilt the faucet in a short period of time. They cleaned up the area after the job was done.
