Don, the plumber, was on time, very polite but outrageously priced (with one-year warranty).

Don was very pleasant and accommodating to have to come back a 3rd time to remedy my kitchen faucet dilemma. Not only do I have a better faucet, I have the warranty, guarantee and comfort in knowing Don will stand by his work and product.

OK overall - not great but not bad. The workmanship is not the best. However, everything drains as it should. One valve in the basement cannot be turned off because they ran a copper line too close to the shut off. No resolution on this problem yet.

He was very nice. He looked it over and decided he did not do that type of work and recommended someone who could.

They did a good job, but they were only here for 10 minutes and charged me 75.00. I thought that was way too high for a simple job. They've come in the past for bigger jobs.

I had a pipe leaking in the basement, and when they looked at it, they determined I needed a new toilet. They went and picked up a new toilet, came back to install it and cleaned up nice. It was quick and painless. They are very nice people, and I've used them for years.

Plumber was professional and work was effective. Price seemed ridiculous.

Great job on garbage disposal. Leak in the bathroom was made worse with first visit. Called American Plumbing again. Another plumber came out next day to investigate, ordered needed parts and came back when they said they would, and fixed leak free of charge. No charge for parts or labor. Was very satisfied. Will definitely call them for future plumbing needs.

An appointment was made and the men showed up on time. They were very courteous and surveyed the problem, went to their shop for parts and repaired the problem in less than two hours.

THE WORKMEN WERE POLITE, FRIENDLY, & KNOWLEDGEABLE. WHEN THEY ENCOUNTERED PROBLEMS, THEY RETURNED THE NEXT DAY WITH A CAMERA TO CHECK ON THE OBSTRUCTION.

PLUMBER ARRIVED SAME DAY - 3 INCHES OF WATER IN BASEMENT.

THE 2 PLUMBERS TOOK OVER 5 HOURS EACH TO COMPLETE THE JOB. THIS IS AN EXTREMELY LOW PRICE FOR A TOUGH JOB. THEY BROUGHT DOWN WATER LINES FOR A BATHROOM (BASEMENT,) FOR THE SHOWER, SINK AND TOILET; AND A WET BAR. THE QUALITY OF THE WORK WAS GREAT, AND THE OWNER CAME BY TO INSPECT HIS WORKERS' PERFORMANCE. I WENT WITH AMERICAN, AS A RECOMMENDATION FROM ANGIE'S LIST, AND I WAS NOT DISAPPOINTED! THEY ARE COMING BACK TO FINISH THE ATTACHMENTS, ONCE I COMPLETE THE BATHROOM TILING AND PAINTING.

AFTER THE WORK WAS COMPLETED MY BASEMENT LEAKED BADLY. I WAS TRYING TO SELL THE HOUSE AND THE REPRESENTATIVE ONLY ADVISED ME TO HAVE THE DRAINS SNAKED, WHICH I DID AND HE CHARGED ME FOR. ONE OF THE WORKMEN WAS POLITE, THE OTHER SURLY.

THEY WERE PROMPT AND EFFICIENT AND THEY COME WHEN THEY'RE SUPPOSE TO.

BOB CAME OUT & CHECKED OUT THE UNITS (SUMP PUMP & BACKUP PUMP)THAT WERE INSTALLED. BECAUSE WE ARE NEW OWNERS, WE DIDN'T KNOW HOW OLD THE SUMP PUMP WAS. SINCE THE CLUSTER CONDO IS ABOUT 12 YEARS OLD, WE DETERMINED THAT THIS WAS PROBABLY THE ORIGINAL SUMP PUMP & THEREFORE WE WERE QUOTED A PRICE FOR A NEW UNIT. OTHER THAN SOME CONFUSION ON A SENIOR DISCOUNT, WE WERE HAPPY WITH THE WORK PERFORMED.

HE CAME ON TIME & WORKED FOR 4 HOURS WITHOUT TAKING BREAK. HE DID A GOOD JOB & WITHOUT LEAVING A MESS. PRICE IS FAIR. WE WOULD HIRE THEM AGAIN. YOU HAVE TO BE PATIENT WITH THE COMPANY WHEN YOU WANT TO HAVE A ESTIMATE.

AMERICAN PLUMBING DID AN EXCELLENT JOB OF REPLACING OUR HOT WATER HEATER. THEY ARRIVED WHEN PROMISED, PERFOMRED THE WORK, AND CHARGED EXACTLY WHAT THEY QUOTED.

AMERICAN PLUMBING IS ON TIME, I DON'T HAVE TO WAIT LONG FOR SERVICE, AND THEY GET THE JOB DONE QUICKLY. I HAVE USED THEM BEFORE AND HAVE ALWAYS BEEN HAPPY WITH THEIR SERVICE. WAS ON TIME, REPAIRED MY ITEMS QUICKLY AND WAS REASONABLY PRICED.

THEY CAME ONE DAY TO ASSESS, THEN SCHEDULED INSTALLATION NEXT DAY. THEY WERE PROMPT & CLEANED UP DEBRIS AFTER INSTALLING DRAIN. THEIR BOSS DON COWEN INSPECTED JOB AFTER COMPLETION. THIS COMPANY WAS REFERRED BY FRIEND. THEY WERE EXCEPTIONAL.

THEY WERE PROMPT, EFFICIENT AND COMPETITIVELY PRICED. THEY WERE ABLE TO COME OUT WITHIN HOURS OF MY CALL, FOUND THE PROBLEM QUICKLY AND FINISHED THE JOB IN LESS THAN AN HOUR.

HE CALLED TO SAY HE WAS RUNNING LATE AND GAVE ME A NEW TIME AND WAS ON TIME. VERY POLITE, PROFESSIONAL & NEAT. TOOK HIS SHOES OFF AT DOOR. GAVE A 30% SENIOR DISCOUNT. WOULD HAVE HIM AGAIN. ALSO ANSWERED OTHER PLUMBING QUESTIONS I HAD. ONLY DRAWBACK WAS, HAD TO PLAY TELEPHONE TAG FOR 5 DAYS.

BEST COST ESTIMATE OUT OF 4 PLACES CALLED. ACTUAL COST WAS EVEN LESS THAN THE ESTIMATE GIVEN OVER THE PHONE. COREY AND KEN SHOWED UP WHEN EXPECTED. THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL, COURTEOUS AND WORKED VERY HARD TO GET THE JOB DONE RIGHT. THEY EVEN GUARANTEED THE WORK FOR A YEAR! I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AND PLAN ON CALLING THEM AGAIN IF I NEED ANY FURTHER PLUMBING WORK.
