They came on Tuesday while we were at work and did the job. He came back on Saturday to see how we liked it and give us the bill.

The contractor came in, I explained what needed done. He got right to work doing exactly what I described above and finished. I paid him and he left.

Fabulous. The technician was on time, and completed all of the work in about an hour. I have had no problems since. He even explained what I could do to avoid clogs in the future.

This was a plumbing repair for an elderly in-law. Very pleased with the work overall, they were good about scheduling the appointment and were timely, quick and neat and very pleasant. They even fixed the laundry tub drain for no charge and provided a senior discount. Still waiting to see if the fixture drips again but the service has been excellent and high quality service like this is appreciated.

They were right on time. Both men very courteous, efficient, and knowledgeable. They went right to work, explained the results, and cleaned up after. The estimate was exactly as I was quoted and their 1 year warranty (better than most) was explained to me.

Our water heater died on Christmas day. We called the 24 hr. number, and they said someone would be out between 10-12 the next day. They arrived at 10:30, gave us the estimate, and said they would be back later with a new heater. They arrived at 1:15 and finished the job at 3. The job was more involved than they thought. They had to replace the flue and had problems with the main water supply. They cleaned up, removed the old heater, and charged us what the estimate was.

I called American Plumbing to fix a leak in the water line going to my toilet. They came out and fixed my problem the same day I called. The plumber was very knowledgeable, removed his shoes before coming in the house, and completed the repair promptly. I will definitely use them again.

Arrived within an hour, fixed the leak, charged less than expected.

Don responded quickly to our request for an estimate and we received it the next day. We scheduled the work immediately. The work was done in a very efficient manner. Don arrived shortly after the worker in the morning to go over the job and came back at the end of the day to check the work and make sure everything was cleaned up. We were very impressed with that. Don answered all of our questions and was very polite. I would recommend this company to everyone!

We called Don in response to water in the basement. Don determined the problem to be the result of a clog in our external drain. Utility lines blocked access to this and Don was very helpful in helping us to arrange for these to be moved. Upon completion of the utility work, the drain was effectively cleaned.

Very pleased, showed up on time within two days, pointed out what was wrong and in at least two cases used a lower cost alternative. Just the type of service you want.

As usual Don was on time and did an excellent job at a very reasonable price.

Miscommunication was my biggest problem on the 2nd job. We were told that there was no deposit required but they ask for a deposit upon arrival. They didn't grade the ground like they said that they were going to do. They were also suppose to find an electrician to run electricity out to the pump and never did. They told me that electricity was not my job. They tried to require full payment before I even knew if it worked without electricity running to it.

The overall experience was fantastic. Not only was the plumber 45 minutes early, he was gone before the actual appointment was supposed to have started. He left no mess and did not disturb anything else on the premises. Additionally, he was honest. Another plumber had told me that the drain was absolutely unfixable and that he would need to break up the concrete floor to make the repair at the bargain price of $945. The American Plumbing Rep inspected and verified there wasn't a problem. All service included a one year warranty including the floor drain inspection.

We are very pleased with this company. Over all everything was done just as we requested and the finished job is beautiful. Informative, confident, and they explained in detail what all that had to be done. Good workmanship. They did a super job of cleaning up. Very good, and I would hire them again. Keep up the good work!

Repair took 10 minutes to complete. Price seemed high. Responsiveness was excellent.

I could not get my hand into the small space to readjust the water temperature gauge. They told me to take the door off if I needed to. The supervisor had to come in and take something off the heater so I could adjust it. They also suggested that any time I needed to readjust it I just call them and have them do it but that does not seem logical. Why would you pay for a service call to turn a dial?

Faucet replaced promptly. Worker showed up on time. Bill was $60 but reduced to $48 when I mentioned I was a senior and an Angie's List member. Worker (probably Don) was polite and personable. I would certainly use him again.

Our entire experience with this company was fabulous. They were able to fit us in on a very short notice. The agent was on time and very professional. He quickly and efficiently completed the job. I am going to be contacting them soon for some other plumbing problems in our home with complete confidence the job will be done well and at an affordable price. Definitely call them!

Service was fast and efficient. What could have been a very expensive fix was easily repaired at minimal cost. This company was outstanding in every way!

This company was tremendous! The owner Don was here to evaluate the project on time. He sent a plumber out to do the job the same day--on time. He returned to see that the job was done correctly. He explained what was done, how the system operated, and answered all my questions. He and the plumber who did the job was polite, interested in doing a great job and proud of their work. I was very, very impressed, and will have them do this company do all our plumbing work from now on.

The company did not respond to my first appointment. The appointment was made five days before they were to come to my house. Because this company had such great reviews I decided to call them again one week later. The receptionist checked her appointment book and couldn't find my old appointment. She apologized for any inconvenience and gave me the first available appointment. Then she called me back to give me the first cancelled appointment. The plumber was on time, polite and in uniform. He listened to my story and decided how to attack the clog. I was amazed how much plunging he had to do to really clear my pipes. He worked hard for the $98.00 and included the Angie's List discount.

The plumber was on time, very nice. Did the work quickly and neatly. Answered all my questions patiently. Reasonable price.

Very responsive. Came the second day after we called and was very prompt. Excellent work, and the supervisor even came to check on the apprentice's work. A very satisfactory experience all around.
