They came and completed the reroute in a matter of hours.

I called American on a Friday afternoon with a plumbing problem. The lady that answered the phone said "I cant help you, we don't have any appointments left". I asked until when, she indicated that they got "swamped" and maybe not until monday. Not that I think Monday would be a problem, but the way she talked to me made it seem like the didn't even want my business.

They did a very good job. They are very prompt. They gave us our free estimates. They come back right away. I think there?s also somebody there all the time who answers the phone. They are very friendly. I think they basically explained everything to us. The guys were good and they knew what they were talking about. They did some plumbing work for us as well. My sister had work done and they had come at another time. They did everything what was needed to be done. They were very persistent in getting things done and they took care of everything. The overall experience was very good. Anybody and everybody, all those who have used American Plumbing outside my home, when I speak to them are very happy with them and for the same reasons like price and everything. I would use their services again in the future.

It was a good experience with American Plumbing Inc. The sink looks good now. I recommended them to someone else.

Found the problem, gave me a short term/long term fix.

Generally, if I need a plumber, they are the ones that I call. They are fairly low priced, but they do reasonable work. A low price and good work, can't be beat. They do really well. They are pretty punctual. They do a pretty good job and are in and our fairly quickly.

Very prompt, very professional. Don and his crew were truly outstanding. I would highly recommend.

We have used them in the past for any plumbing related problems we encountered Since I am physically unable to perform many tasks American Plumbing has been most helpful in assisting me to fix any related problems. They are always very responsive and correct the problems I have encountered. I have submitted several reports on the services they have performed for me in the past. I will continue to use them in the future if needed.

Problem solved. Downspout no longer overflows. A downspout was overflowing so they came and cleaned the sewer line. The next heavy rain came and showed there was still a problem. The city was called to help in locating the cleanout in the yard and their camera showed many tree roots still in the line. The cleanout was uncovered, opened, an,d using a larger cutter, the sewer was again cleaned to the house and to the street. To date there hasn't been a problem. I have used American Plumbing in the past and will use them again in the future. Their prices are fair, the service good, and the men are very courteous.

American Plumbing Inc was on time (although I anticipated them being late and almost missed them because I was late getting home from work). He checked out the valves and also let me know that my water heater was overdue for replacement. He was courteous, respective, and very helpful. He charged us nothing for the visit. I intend to use them to replace my water heater.

He was very efficient and did the job in the minimum time necessary.

We did our own bathroom remodeling but needed help with the plumbing connections. The plumber came at the day and time agreed upon and he was very friendly and competent. He completed all of the above tasks in one hour, and everything was completed to our satisfaction. I would definitely use them again.

I did some good business with them. I paid $253 for the job. They came out and they did a very nice job while they were there. There was a slight problem with one of the valves that they had installed and it took them a little while to get out and fix it. There were much more responsive when there wasn?t a problem. I will not use them again in the future because I feel they should have put in more effort to come out and fix the problem.

We have used American Plumbing for several years after we had found them through Angies List. We called and made an appointment for 6/1. Their man came--snaked the drain from the basement 1st downward toward the main sewer, then upward toward the kitchen sink. Used a plunger to insure that draining was free flowing. I mentioned that our faucet was dripping and he obtained a new one and replaced it. All things were working just fine. As always American Plumbing does a great job for us. Since I am not physically able to perform these things, they are always a great help to completing our necessary tasks

I chose American Plumbers based on their good Angie's List reports. Their representative came over a day or two after I called, and was great about working with my schedule. He looked at the job, gave me the estimate, and assured me that it was a very routine issue. Then I worked with their friendly office staff to schedule the appt. for service. They were on time, worked quickly, and got the job done. Our handyman reset the toilet, and the line has remained clear for a month now.

We called them because we were having back up in the basement. They came the next day, asked a few questions, and sent the machine down the pipes. I stuck around, and asked a lot of questions, and they were friendly at the same time as they were focused on the job. Long story short, the problem was baby wipes. They fixed the problem, cleaned up and handed me the bill. They were prompt, friendly and focused on doing the job quickly and properly. I was very impressed and pleased. I didn't shop around for prices, so I didn't comment on price...

Brought them out to quote services to keep our basement from flooding. They were polite, courteous, professional and on-time. However, their recommendations, while thorough, did not reflect the needs we had at the time. They would not quote on the services the city required and could not do the whole job.
