I hired American Plumbing INC to clean out the bathtub drain they were prompt and professional, their rates are always great. I would use them again and I would recommend them to my friends and family.

It took a little longer than they quoted me because the inspector held them up. They couldn't replace the concrete until the inspector approved the work.

They were on time and did a fine job. I have used them before. I am very satisfied.

I contacted another firm who did the job within 2 weeks and had the city inspector out to approve it, which the inspector did. American Plumbing has very good reviews, which is why I contacted them in the first place. I have no idea what kind of job they would have done because for 2 months of constant calls on my part (numerous promises to have Don call me, which he never did). The experience was infuriating and I would not recommend American Plumbing if you want the job done within a month, much less right away.

They were very good. I liked that they did a good job and they had reasonable prices.

Our hot water tank was leaking, so I called their office. The receptionist explained that it most likely would need replacing, and that they have a flat rate of $650 for that. They didn't have a lot of choices for tanks, pretty much just 40 or 50 gallons, but I was fine with that. I had a pretty tight schedule, so we scheduled a visit a few days out. They arrived on time. Two men performed the service. They were professional and cleaned up after themselves. They were very concerned about getting dirty water from the old tank on our carpets, so they went out through the kitchen. They were here a little over an hour. They tested all the faucets before leaving. They took the old tank with them.

American Plumbing is excellent! I truly appreciate their professionalism, I feel that they let us know what we need and what we do not need. They replaced our water heater quickly and efficiently and at a fair price. I feel that I can trust them and plan to call them for all my future plumbing needs.

I have used American Plumbing before and each time I have had an excellant experience.

They addressed a leaky toilet, and they were extremely rushed and impatient. It gave me the impression that it was kind of like a mill. They did fix it, but they were very short with me. Also, I'm a landlord, and I own a property at which I've used their services. This last time, I needed them to replace a sink, and they asked the renter if there was going to be a problem paying even though the renter had my blank check ready to go. Relative to the rushed demeanor, on Friday at 4 pm when they were replacing the kitchen sink, they capped off the hot/cold water lines, and the gentleman left and said he would return on Monday. It leaked, and they had to send someone out to make adjustments.

I felt the job went very well. I was also very happy with the service, as well as the cost!!!

They were responsive and come at the earliest, once you call them. I thought the pipes were blocked, but they advised, since it’s relatively new house that would not be the problem. They could have taken advantage of the situation and charged me, but they didn’t do it. I have used their services several times and will continue to use the same in future.

They are our regular plumbers. The shower that they came out to look at was actually in the basement. He came out and looked at it and didn't charge us for anything. We have used him for other stuff as well. They are really professional and he is really prompt. If you call he is there an hour or two later. He is really quick. He is really personable and the price that he charges is reasonable. He didn't charge me the last time he was here but he is really reasonable for what he charges.

The people are professional, courteous, on time, and can get the job done with no follow up needed. I have and will continue to recommend them to friends and neighbors, if they continue to perform as they have to date.

They arrived on time and took care of the problem in a timely manner. Our drains were running slow and also when someone showered on the second floor the downstairs powder room toilet would gurgle and then spill water on floor.They quickly discovered the problem and cleaned and scoured out the outside drain. Also gave me a hint on how to take care of hair build up in upstairs sink and shower. They couldn't have been more professional nor pleasant to have around, I would have them back in a heartbeat!

They are pretty good. They came to do our basement pipes but it ended up that they were collapsed. We had to have somebody dig them up. We didn't go with them because of their price.

They have done a lot of work for me in the past. They came out right away. They do not charge to come out and look at the job. They come out and they give you an estimate and if you are okay with it, then they will show up later that day or the next day with all the things that they need to do the job and do the job. I would use their service in the future too.

They are local and we have been working with them since 1989. We have had good experiences with them. They come out and fix anything whenever we have anything go wrong.

The job went very well. They were prompt. They did everything that I asked them to do. Their price was very reasonable. I have had plumbers who charged me more for the same kind of work. I would certainly use them in the future.

we have a double sink in the kitchen--the left side has the garbage disposal unit installed with piping attaching to the main drain. Years ago when we had replaced the garbage disposal unit the installing company piped the unit in a manner that (over time) caused build-up of of residue. This piping was causing a back-up of drain water etc. in both sinks. American Plumbing re-piped the drainage from the garbage disposal unit to the main drain piping which allowed a better flow and discharge of the left sink to the main drain. We tested and checked both sinks drainage and tested the garbage disposal discharge to the connecting line. Both sinkd drained properly under all conditions--the system was working correctly. We have used American Plumbing for all of our needs when it comes to plumbing and have always been pleased, satisfied and confident that their work is lasting and first rate.

I've used American before and liked them. they showed up at the same time as another plumber for an estimate. He immediately let me know they were booked a month away so if I needed the work done right away, they weren't available. I appreciate the candor. Will use again if need be.

They are our regular plumbers. They are good guys. He came over at no charge to replace my sump pump's backup battery. They are really good local guys to have. They are quick to respond. We have been using them for about 20 years. Whenever we need something, they come over and take care of it. They have done several jobs over here. Their prices are comparable to everybody else.

The owner was the first guy to come out and then he sent his associates out. They told me that they weren't going to charge me for part of it and then the next day they came back and said they were going to charge, which I didn't like. I had no problem with their work, quality or punctuality; I just had a problem with the professionalism regarding the pricing. They were new guys so maybe they didn't know. I wish they would have known and told me. I wold call them back.

Don and his team are terrific. They are prompt, professional and deliver a high quality of service. I have already recommended them to neighbors and would not hesitate to contact them for any plumbing-related services.
