I am a one-person operation, and I specialize in making one-to-one, friendly connections with my clients. I handle all sorts of issues for them, including troubleshooting and repairing: slow computers, viruses, email issues, and troublesome internet connections. Most of my business is derived from helping small businesses make the most of the technology that they currently have, and/or finding cost-effective ways to help them make the necessary improvements. However, unlike many of my peers in the local computer service industry, I also do house-calls for private individuals, in fact, I enjoy them! For the first visit, payment will be expected at the end of the visit. Assuming no troubles with the payment method (bounced check, bad card number, etc.), I will email future invoices for payment within 15 days. My clients appreciate the flexibility that gives, as their computers don't always break when they have enough money to fix them. Fifteen days to pay allows them to get another paycheck in so they don't have to scramble. My standard rate is $125/hr, though some discounts are available. Trip charges are waived for the first visit, and often times, if you and I make a good fit and the trust is there, with your permission of course, I can install some remote control software on your computer. That way, for future repair needs, I often won't even have to make a trip, and can fix it quickly from afar. Neither of us have to leave our chair, and no trip charge! And the remote control software is provided free of cost to you.
