Very smoooth process. Scheduling was a breeze, and Tim arrived on time and worked efficiently.

In addition to repairing faucet, discussed other options for updating fixtures.

Tim was courteous, effiecient and explained what is being done. My toilet leak needed to be fixed. He fixed that and also reseated my toilet, which needed to be done.

The technician was courteous and efficient.  He was willing to answer all my questions.  I plan to continue to use this company for any of my plumbing problems.

It went very well.  He was quickly able to determine what the problem was and had the parts available to complete the job.   In addition, he provided information as to why the problem occurred and what we could do to ensure that we would not have the problem in the future.

They were not.  They only h ad to replace the one that was leaking.  The corrected some builders errors in the plumbing as well as incorrect installations. 

    My hot water tank was on its way out, so I had shopped around for a while for prices.  I decided to go with Jack Woods (I used them a few times before) because they could come out the soonest.  They are a little pricier than other companies, but I was willing to pay a little more for quicker service and the service warranty.  The rep who answered the phone answered all of my questions thoroughly and was pleasant and professional.  They plumbers came out, replaced the hot water tank and left.     The only complaint I have is that the inspector came out and said that the plumber did not install the correct size pipe on the tank.  I called Jack Woods the second the inspector left the house and made an appointment to have the situation corrected.  I voiced my concern that the plumber should have known that this wouldn't make code and the rep completely agreed and apologized.  The rep went ahead and scheduled me in quickly (even though normally they would wait to receive the paperwork to confirm the failed inspection).  Another plumber showed up a day or two, corrected the situation and my tank passed inspection.

The night before we were to leave for vacation, we noticed one of the toilets was leaking from the bottom of the tank. We called Jack Woods Plumbing and they agreed to come out the next day to take a look at it. It turned out to be a simple repair with a kit that he had with him but we were thankful that they were able to fix it so quickly. They were at the house for less than an hour.

I have sought 4 different opinions on the source of  a leak which is keeping a section of the basement wall wet. I was able myself to see leaks from the sump pump drain on the exterior of the house but suspected there were deeper problems. After opinions by another plumber, waterproofer and drain cleaner, the latter advised me to try Jack Woods. The serviceman arrived on the promised date, found the 3rd leak and repaired all in an hour at a modest price. The wall is now drying out.

Everything has been great with this company. They are very knowledgable and professional. This is the only plumbing company that I will use.

The pipes in my bathroom took some work, as they were quite old.  They did excellent work.  He came earlier than I expected which worked out great for me. 

They are excellent. I always use them. They are reliable. They never have to return. They are reasonable. I would use them again in the future.

When I called, the operator suggested I call the faucet manufacturer (Moen) because they would send me replacement parts for free.  Sure enough, they did, which saved me the cost of having to buy them.  When I received the parts, somebody came out.  He was very nice and very fast.  He seemed extremely knowledgeable and everything has been perfect ever since.  I just wish I had called them sooner!

They are great and they give great coupons. They were able to work around my schedule and come out when I needed them to and fix the problem within less than hour.

They did a very good job and we'd use them again. They just were prompt and quick and they were priced well.

They've been working fine. I will always use him. I don't need anyone else because he is good.

Needed new water heater, Jack L Woods delivered quickly for a reasonable price. The technician even humored my 5-year-old who loves to help and also "supervised" him. Dispatcher / phone answering individual was very pleasant, took the time to understand my needs. Call backs after hours are prompt (they check every hour on the hour until about 9pm).

They were able to come out the same day I called. Service was fast and the technician was knowledgeable and friendly.

We have always used Jack Woods for our plumbing needs. We contacted them and scheduled an appointment - their technician Barry came to the home during the scheduled appointment time and evaluated the problems with each toilet and informed me of the proper solution. The great thing about this company is that they will explain what has occurred and what their solution to resolve the problem is and they do it in a respectable manner. Great service! I will continue to contact them for all of our plumbing needs.

Noticed our garbage disposal was leaking from the bottom...it was 7 years old and I knew that when it leaks from the bottom that it's a goner. We have used Jack Woods Plumbing in the past, so they were the first and only plumber I called! They do a great job. Called on a Tuesday morning. I was not available Wednesday, so we scheduled it for Thursday. Gave me a window of 10-2. They called me about noon to say the tech was on his way. Mark arrived probably 20 minutes later. Ran some water through it and it was exactly what I thought...time for a new one. He had several models in his truck and I chose the better model. Quieter, stainless steel blades, longer warranty. Mark had the old disposal removed and the new one installed in about an hour, he did a great job and left the place spotless. Thought the price was good and it saved me the hassle of installing one myself! Worth every penny!

We bought our house last year and are having some finishing touches done in several places. The small bath in the basement had no drain plug in the sink and I had concerns over water level in toilet bowl. Plumber found that the drain plug had fallen into trap and was able to fish out the pieces. He advised that to repair the piece he would have to remove the entire sink and it probably would take a chunk of the wall and be a large job. Charged me a small service fee for his services. I was able to purchase a rubber stopper for the sink. No major repair needed. Repairman was very professional and completed the work I needed.
