Very well the vendor shipped he wrong part but the plumber was able to rebuild/clean the control valve without the part works fine.

Excellent. Very competent and friendly plumbers. Reviewed the job before starting. Kept me informed during the installation. Were very safety conscious. Good clean up. I have used this company exclusively for many years and have always been satisfied with the results.

They've helped me numerous times over the years, and I've never had any bad service from them. They always make sure that I'm happy with the work before they leave, and are really communicative when they're here. I would recommend them to anyone. Within 15 minutes diagnosed that it was a bad upper heating element. Replaced the heating element at a cost of 104.00 parts/labor. (28.00 for the 4,500 watt heating element and 76.00 labor.)

We've used them several times. They were reasonably priced, they did a competent job, they were friendly when they came and they were punctual.

One time I said you really can't come for week, I think I maybe paid overtime fee I know I did because my husband was just home form the hospital and it was the bathroom that he uses and I had to get that taken care of and then another time I said if it's going take a week can you recommend anybody else and they said check with Angie's List. Most of the time I think at the holidays time it's a lot worse, I think most of the time I would use them if they didn't show up approximately when they said they were.

The Jack Woods service technician saw the problem, diagnosed it and explained to me why it was needed. I approved the work because it met with my expectations and what I wanted to accomplish. He also developed a piping plan to fit the desired faucet into the wall cavity - this was done and fit very nicely but snugly into the preinstalled cavity. The job was completed and the work area cleaned. I have a working knowledge of plumbing from working with my father, and I am sure that he would have approved the quality of repairs performed.

We've used Jack L Woods plumbing in the past and we've always happy with the work and professionalism. This time around was no different except they over charged us by at least $75 (1 hour). Please keep track of the time the plumber arrives and leaves. We may or may not use them in the future.

After apparent misunderstand (and no communication) issues, Jack Woods and I have spoken a few times and they have acknowledged that their worker came with a clearly different plan from what was originally called in (translation -- someone misheard or miscommunicated) - Either way, Rex was willing to be understanding of out frustration and refund out fee that we paid. As I said in an earlier review, We have used Jack Woods Plumbing for 30 years -- they have been great in the past. I appreciate their willingness to work this out.

The replacement of the water heater went fine. However it turns out that the leak was coming from elsewhere and thus my original problem was not addressed. In fairness I did call asking for the water heater to be replaced based upon another company telling me this is what was necessary. However, it begs the question: did the technician even evaluate and attempt to diagnose the problem? Sure does not seem to be the case. I am frustrated that my concern was simply blown off. On the bright side, I will not need to replace the water heater for some time.

They guy did a good job; it was expensive. I will have to call them back as the shut off valve is blocking a door, They seem very young.

The price was high. They came two hours early.

Fantastic! Dave came out initially the same day I called and proved to be knowledgable and friendly in his assessment. When he returned with his coworker the work was done quickly and cleanly. Dave even made all the connections to our dryer and ensured everything was in working order and that none of the other gas appliances were adversely affected by the additional run. Overall, a great experience and would not hesitate to recommend this company.

They did such an excellent job on the first service, I hired them again to come back to do another job.

They fixed the problem, they were on time, they were pleasant, and they cleaned up after themselves.
