Fine, they did a good job and offered some advise on replacing my waterheater when the time comes.

Initial installation needed to be adjusted, but the company stood behind their work and did all necessary follow-ups to make everything `100% right. I would hire this company to do additional work in the future.

Excellent, ordered the new parts and did it at a lower cost than replacement.

They phoned to let us know they were on their way and arrived about 20 minutes later with 2 people -- a plumber and a helper. We already removed the tub, with the exception of the area by the plumbing. They removed the tub area by the plumbing, repositioned the plumbing and valve for the new tub, and installed the new tub. They were courteous. They had to removed a section of our drywall to get the tub in, yet it wasn't too much of an issue for us. As they were putting a board up on the wall to sit the tub on, I noticed they were not doing the end boards. When I asked, the plumber stated that they no longer do this. I mentioned it was in the manual and they dismissed my comment. When they were leveling the tub and getting ready to screw it into the wall, I mentioned the boards again, prior to it being a "point-of-no-return". Again, it was mentioned they don't do that anymore and it's not needed. I'm really hoping they are right, otherwise it will be a costly repair. They screwed one side of the tub in too tightly, so the "lip" is bent and as we are currently completing the tile work for it, that section is challenging since it does not line up with the cement board. Lastly, they did haul away our old tub, for a charge. Do not assume they will take your old building materials they are replacing away... you have to pay for that. When we received our bill in the mail, it was higher than expected, but not by that much -- maybe $60. It wasn't worth complaining about in the end. We had a coupon that dropped it down by $15, so we didn't say anything. In the end, we had 2 workers (plumber and a "helper") for 3 hours (this included their travel time to the job).

They gave us a window of 9-3 for an estimate, waited all day. They called close to 2 and we missed the call as we stepped away from the phone. Called them back within 10 minutes and they said it was too late they would need to reschedule another day. As we talked to them they really did not care about our business.

Everything was fixed in timely manner. Plumber was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Answered all questions

Work was done quick and the repairs were done using the minimum cost possible.

They were on time, quick and reasonable priced. The plumber explained what was wrong and what it took to fix it. I would definitely call them again.

I could not be happier with Jack L. Woods Plumbing. I called to inquire about how much a new water heater, drip pan, and expansion tank would cost, and I received quotes for each individual component over the phone. Knowing that their reviews on Angie's List were top notch, I scheduled over the phone, and they came out the next day. Installation only took a few hours, and they disposed of the old leaking unit. They were courteous, professional, and had a great price. I would not hesitate to contact them again for any plumbing need.

Outstanding service! Tim from Jack L. Woods Plumbing arrived by about 9:45. He diagnosed the problem (a pinhole leak in a water pipe in the bathroom) and fixed it within 20 minutes. I then asked him if he had some time to do a couple extra jobs we've been putting off. He proceeded to fix a leaky master bathtub (that another plumber from another company failed to fix properly), and repair a toilet. On top of that he was friendly and professional. Also found out he was a Marine so am happy to be employing veterans. The price came in at about half of what I was expecting. It's great to have a go-to specialist for various jobs - after 10 years living in the Columbus area, we have finally found our plumber. Thanks Tim and Jack L. Another perfect experience with Jack Woods Plumbing! Our hot water heater was leaking. They came out as quick as possible and determined that I needed a new one. Returned at a time convenient for me to replace AND took care of trying to get the manufacturer to honor their warranty. I can't recommend this company more! They are professional, and you can trust what they tell you.

So...they do good work but billing is not explained well. Will not use them again.

Fantastic customer service! I was able to schedule a same-day appointment. The representative came out and quickly assessed the problem. He worked efficiently and went the extra mile to save me money. This was my first time using Jack L. Woods and I will now be a loyal customer.

Replaced the flapper and ball assembly for one toilet, drain valve flapper only for the other.

They're very efficient. They're very fast. I gave them a call and they were able to come within a day or two.

They are one of the people I called for an estimate on replacing my water tank. He came out and he told me that you cant really tell when they are going to go, but if its 10 years old you should have a couple more years. I wanted to be here when they came so they called me at work so I could be here. They are very professional I would give them an A. Out of the three estimates we had I would probably use them. It was probably just about what I thought it would be. But they were actually lower than the other two places that I looked at. I haven't chosen go go with anyone yet, its kind of expensive its almost $3000 to do it. So I am waiting. I might wait the 2 year he told me the tank might last.

It couldn't have gone better. They were very responsive to my plumbing issues. They fixed the leak, replaced the sump pump, fixed my hot water heater. These guys are good, responsive, fairly priced, and they clearly know what they are doing. What else could anyone want?

Best I just paste the reply I just sent this company via Angie's List's Message option: "Two of your guys came out here last Tuesday and before they left, they told me that they'd email me an estimate by Friday, 3/3. When I didn't hear anything I wrote you here and I was told to call. O.K, so, I wasn't able to call until called today, Monday 3/6 and you couldn't find my estimate. I was advised once you found it, you'd email it to me. Here it is Monday evening and I have yet to hear from you!! At this point, please forget I ever contacted you! If this is how you run your business, I'll go elsewhere, someone who actually wants my business!!!! SMH

Excellent job. Their responsiveness, and their professionalism when they came out. When they do a job, they are always courteous, do the job, and here is your bill, and they leave. There is no call backs.

Excellent! Communication to schedule our repair was easy and they were able to fit us in the very next day. Barry, our plumber, called ahead and showed up right on time. He was very friendly and professional. Within an hour Barry was able to quickly assess and solve the problems we called about as well as ensured the shut-off valve to our dishwasher was working properly for this weekend's installation. Would definitely use again and recommend.

Very well the vendor shipped he wrong part but the plumber was able to rebuild/clean the control valve without the part works fine.

Excellent. We hired Jack Woods plumbing to replace our cast iron kitchen sink and kitchen faucet. On the day of the appointment, they called to alert us of their arrival and arrived a short time later at about 9:20. Adam and Bill removed the old sink and faucet and replaced them with new ones. At the same time, they inspected the 30-year-old plumbing beneath the sink and updated those pipes where needed. When finished, they hauled away the old sink, faucet, packaging, and left-over debris. They did all of this in less than two hours leaving at about 11:10. I do not see how they could have done a better job. They acted as if they were working on their own house.
