went smoothly - John arrived right on time - he worked efficiently - advised us we didn't need 1/2 hp disposal, and could use 1/3 hp; preferred to use his truck disposal/toliet parts rather than different brand we purchased at a home improvement store; no difference in price of that equipment; we've used Jack Woods maybe 10 times over past 25 yrs, and have always been satisfied

He was great. He was fantastic.

They were checking because we had a leak coming down into our main stack in our basement. It wasn't plumbing, it ended up being roofing. They also installed an outside faucet because it was leaking. The workers were fine. It was almost an hour. They put a new shower head in also. They cleaned up. It was just one person. He was fine.

We couldn't tell where the leak was in the bathroom, and he found it. It was just something simple, but we couldn't figure out where the water was coming from. But it didn't take him long. He came in and did a couple of things and said there it is. They're very good. Everything's he's done, we haven't had any more trouble with it. He's the only one we call anymore. We haven't called anyone else.

They did all of the jobs quickly and well. The biggest job was installing the water line - they provided an estimate and were as pleasant and professional to deal with as could be.

It went as expected. He came out one day basically for diagnostic purposes and told me I needed to replace the unit. I bought a new one at the Home Depot and he replaced the unit I had with the new one. He was knowledgeable and did a good job.

They're very good. I've always called them back; Jack Woods. My son-in-law also uses them and my other family members use them. They're very good. On price, quality, responsiveness, punctuality, and professionalism they are very good. The pricing is very reasonable.

So smoothly! I called to inquire about replacing a hot water heater, they asked what size and they quoted me a price right over the phone. No options were offered, but then again, there was no upselling, or attempts to get me to purchase a maintenance plan or a water filter or other stuff that I got from their competitors. The guys arrived on time and were in and out in about an hour. They handled the permit and gave clear instructions on scheduling an inspection. Haven't had any issues. This is a no-frills operation, but you know what? Frills cost more. :)

I called Jack Woods Plumbing, and they had a cancellation for the afternoon, so were able to fit me in. The plumber called to tell me that he was on his way, and soon after he arrived, the sink was unclogged, the drain in the bathtub was adjusted so that it drained more quickly, and the plumbing under two more sinks was inspected to see if there were any leaks. The plumber was polite and professional, and without our asking, he gave us a senior discount.

The office called 15 mintues before the technician arrived to let us know he was on his way. He arrived promptly and within the timeframe the office committed to when we made the appointment. He went straight to work and was able to unclog our sink fairly quickly even though the clog was so bad it broke the snake tool! He provided tips on how to keep the drain clear and cleaned up after himself. We have used Jack L Woods Plumbing for years now and would recommend them to all our friends. They have always been responsive, professional and reasonably priced.

We were tickled with the much quieter upscale disposer. Plus the fact our total cost was only about ten bucks more compared to the promotional price of another excellent Angie's List provider we've used in the past, but who would have installed a lower quality disposer.

Sounds simple enough--likely a new valve would solve the problem. But few homeowners would know how to buy the right valve OR how to install it. I called Jack Woods, and they said they could do it later the same day. They called; Bill showed up and fixed the problem in less than 10 minutes, with a cost lower than $100. He even gave me the senior citizen discount, before I even asked for it. Jack Woods Plumbing is just the kind of service company we all look for. I'm a customer for life!

Overall, I was pretty happy with the service. They have a 5 hour appointment window, which isn't ideal. Also, I noticed afterwards that I was charged 1.5 hours of labor, even though the plumber was only here for 50 minutes total. That being said, he was friendly and professional, and I ended up paying an amount that seemed fair to me. Would probably use them again.

Tim, from Jack L Woods made the impossible possible, got a replacement Delta valve at no cost, fixed the problem, cleaned up!, made friends with my dog, brought in my package from the front porch AND fixed the toilet (that was not part of the 'uh-oh' but needed fixed none the less). All for about half the cost of my mental estimate. I love it when companies deliver. Thank you Tim, thank you Jack L Woods!

I have used Woods twice off from Angie's List. They were very reasonably priced. They gave us senior discount because I am a senior. They are very thorough, on time, good job, and all of that. They are top notch. I am a fan of Jack Woods. I would say they are a quality company. They are always on time. They do excellent work and they are reasonably priced. It took him probably 40 minutes to complete the work. He cleaned up. You couldn't even tell that he had been there. If I had any other plumbing problems, I would call them.

It went very well. Technician 114 did an excellent job and was very quick. He made sure that everything worked well before leaving, He explained to me if I had the problem again what to do. I liked the fact that he did not waste time and went into action right away to do the job. I have had them come over to the house once before and they did an excellent job and it was the same technician. I will use them again for all my plumbing needs.

J. Woods' plumber was done in a half hour. Asked if I needed anything else done to fill the hour. Polite, explained what he had done. Only reason I did not call Woods first was that they usually do not come out the same day. So unless you have an emergency, better to wait till the next day for service by J. Woods.

He arrived at scheduled time. He was very professional and completed work in a timely matter. I have not had any problems since the work was completed.

They are always prompt, efficient and courteous.
