Installation went well. They added a tray underneath and ran a pipe from it to the floor drain, so if there's ever another leak it won't flood my basement again. The tray installation added more to the cost than they indicated, but it looks great. They also said the expansion tank needed replacing and that added to the cost as well.

They are always on time and easy to work with. They are reasonably priced. I would use them in the future as well.

As always, Jack Woods performed well. From the estimate, to installation, they did a good job. They are friendly and professional. Their technician, Barry, has been with them for years and has done several projects for us. I thought the price was a bit more than anticipated, but I know the quality of their work and don't worry about poor workmanship when we hire them. With natural gas, you can't cut corners.

They were very professional and finished each job quickly. I have used them on several occasions and have been happy with then.

Fine, except the price seems too high.

Was very happy. When we called about the water heater, they gave us an estimate that was right on the price we paid. Other plumbers we called wanted us to pay them just to come out and give an estimate. With the battery back up sump pump, they even recommended that we go purchase it ourselves and have them install it because it would be cheaper then them providing the appliance and they made sure we knew all the pieces we needed to buy. Will definitely continue to use them. Having them bring the water heater and install was cheaper than buying at Home Depot and going through their installation process. They also wanted to charge us for each stair they had to go down. Felt like it was nit picky. Was pleased when I called this plumber and they gave us the price, no haggling, and performed the service for that price. V

They were excellent. They were outstanding. They responded and quickly and provided several options to replace the toilet. I was very happy with them.

We have used Jack Woods for many years and have always received excellent service in every respect from the initial call to completion of the project. Serviceman is always on time and ready to tackle the job. Professional, knowledgeable and personable service is the key to all of the top quality work they have performed for us. I rarely recommend service compaines, even if I am satisfied with their service, as all jobs are different - however, Jack Woods is the exception as they have performed so successfully every time I have called them that I recommend them without hesitation whenever someone is looking for the best plumber in the area.

They installed the drain prior to the reglazing of our tub. They also put in a new valve for our shower. They did good work.

They did a fantastic job. I called them on a Monday morning and they were here in two hours. He got everything stopped and replaced some things in there to repair the toilet. I couldn't believe that the price was below $100.00 for a plumber. I had a great experience with him and will definitely be using them in the future.

Both faucets in my master bathroom had continuous leaks. I had to turn the water off under the sink until I could get someone in to repair them. I called the company and they schedule me in right away. The employee who performed the work was punctual, friendly and knowledgable. The faucets were the one piece Moen brand. I originally thought the stems needed replaced but the faucet handle assembly only needed to be tightened to stop the leaks. I informed the employee that about every 2 to 3 months my bath tub drains start to drain very slowly and have to use drano to unclog them. He showed me how to unscrew the lift and clean out the build up in those areas which caused the slow draining. I would use this company again.

The communications with the contact person and the dispatcher were very helpful. They seemed to be focused on helping the client obtain the service that they need. The technician was hard working and very pleasant to deal with. I clearly felt that I got my money's worth.

Our upstairs toilet was clogged with stool & TP; which I was unable to remedy with a plunger or wire hanger. Called Jack Woods Plumbing at 10:00am. Technician, Tim S., arrived at noon and had the problem remedied in 20 minutes. Tim explained that the flushing mechanism was off, resulting in an inadequate flow of water with every flush.... probably contributing to the clogging problem. (We had been jiggling the handle months.) Tim made the necessary adjustment to the flushing mechanism -- no new parts needed (& no more need to jiggle the handle). We were charged the normal minimum fee for the first hour labor ($70) minus the $5 Angies List discount.

We first called because one toilet was down plus we didn't think the water valve to our condo unit closed tightly. The complex was to have had all the water turned off for another reason that day. Jack Woods Plumbing sent a man out that day (a Monday) to test it while the water was off. As it was, the complex's water never got turned off but our serviceman, Tim Reed, checked it and determined that our valve did turn off tightly. When working upstairs, it's necessary to turn on a lower level faucet to release pressure caused when the water heater goes on. In the past we weren't aware of this and thought the main water valve didn't hold. Tim, in the meantime, checked over the other projects we decided to do, in order to get the parts for a return appointment. Jack Woods Plumbing got back with us and scheduled another appointment in three days. Tim was back with all the replacement parts and did a beautiful job. Not only did he work long and continuosly until he was finished (no lunch!) but he explained everything to us along the way. He tried to fix the kitchen sink fixture and after three tries he succeeded. It's something we we never able to do! We are so grateful to Tim, who has worked for years for Jack Woods Plumbing. He's a jewel and they are very lucky to have held on to him. We have used this company in the past and will continue to do so. Only next time, we'll be asking for Tim :). Also, we want to mention how courteous, kind, patient and accomodating those who man the phone lines are.

We have used Jack Woods Plumbing before, and know they do good work. They took a very systematic approach to diagnosing where the leak was coming from. It turned out to be an issue with caulk beginning to fail aournd the shower door and base. It was not obvious so they did a lot of probing and testing. Tim went beyond the call of duty by taking the shower door off, and removing the old caulk around the door and two walls. He then recaulked the walls and reinstalled and recaulked the shower door. They did not bill us right away, but let us use the shower for a week to make sure the leak problem was resolved. I wish all companies stood behind their work like this. This was truly above and beyond. I woiuld highly recommend them to others.

AWESOME. They fit me in a day ahead of time, and were here for 10 minutes and had the thing fixed. They are great.

We had a minor leak from the kitchen sink that we couldn't identify - whenever we tried to make it leak, it wouldn't, but then mysteriously days later we'd see a small puddle under the pipes. We had tightened all the fittings but the leak kept re-appearing. So I called Jack Woods to have them inspect and repair - the technician that came out ran several diagnostics and also could not get it to leak, but did find that some fittings were loose (again) and found a small component that needed to be replaced (a rubber gasket, I think?). The pricing was fair and they really took a thorough look at the problem.

Was able to get same day service - and they called right before they came so that I didn't have to stay home waiting for them. Cleared and fixed the problems quickly and told me how to prevent the problem in the future. Very courteous.

Our 13 year old water heater had started to leak. We called Monday morning and a plumber came out that afternoon and installed a new water heater. He also cleared a slow draining sink in one of our bathrooms. They called ahead, arrived on time, and were very courteous. We will use them again for our plumbing needs.

I have used Jack L. Woods Plumbing many times over the years and I've NEVER been disappionted in their work, puctuality and friendliness. I called this morning and two guys were here this afternoon. They fixed the drain in about 5 minutes and honored the senior discount. As always they were very friendly and helpful. On other occasions they've fixed a outdoor faucet and installed a water heater. I will always use Jack L. Woods with ANY plumbing need.

We've had a very good experience with them and they are very good. Their trucks are in our community a lot and they are a pretty well known outfit. They send out good people and they are prompt and reasonably price. We've used them 2 or 3 times. They have also done some work under the kitchen sink. The guy that came out was very knowledgeable and experienced. He knew what he was doing and was efficient and did it in a proper way. He was also helpful. I had a problem with my driveway and he told me who did his driveway because they did a pretty good job for him.
