John from Jack L. Woods came out quickly and the same morning I noticed the issue. They gave me a window from 10-3 but then had a cancelation, called promptly and John was at my house by 8:15am. Work was performed quickly and with high quality. John replaced part of the copper pipe near the connection point as it had been twisted at some point prior to us moving into the home. This is the second time we have used Jack L. Woods. They do quality work and although they are not the cheapest you will not have to worry about the work which is a big deal.

It was excellent. They're always on time. They're always very respectful. They put their booties on when they come in. I have been using them for almost 20 years. Their work is always done professionally and always done right.

Everything is fixed and we we're able to sell our home.

Everything went better than expected. Rick is very knowledge and personable explaining what he would do to install the water lines and the laundry sink. Most of important of all, he noticed that my sump pump hadn't been working for while as the tub was filled almost to the trim with water. Thank goodness he noticed this and replaced the pump. Otherwise I would have had a flooded basement. All is working great now. I will call them again next time I need a plumber.

Service person was prompt, courteous, and considerate. We were pleased with the work, the price, and the professionalism.

They were very professional, friendly and accommodating. They worked around a floor-installation, so that the toilet only had to be set once. We have used them numerous times and always have had good experiences.

The fill valve was replaced, but the price was higher than was quoted. When I questioned the higher price I was told that the price that was billed was correct. No further discussion

Outside water spigot installation and bathtub drain switch installed on Woods' first trip. Because the garbage disposal did not have an electrical cord attachment, Woods needed to return the following week with the correct garbage disposal to install. Everything was done as promised and everything is working perfectly.

Their prices are very fair and they always do good work.

Jack Woods Plumbing has been there to answer the call for my family several times in the last few years, and twice now on a weekend. In every case they've been responsive, courtesy and able to respond in a timely manner. Today was the second time we had to call for their emergency service, and today Dave returned my call within the hour, quoted the emergency charge (much less than a competitor!) and arrived within 20 minutes. A quick part replacement and he was gone in about 20 minutes, and we were confident in the fix. Dave was courteous, quick and professional. They'll always be our first call for plumbing needs from now on.

Always professional and thorough. One unsatisfactory experience several years ago due to unprofessional worker, but very pleased since then. Barry is especially thorough, and was able to repair our hot water tank rather than replace, saving us hundreds of dollars. I gave Jack L. Woods a C for responsiveness because the last year or two, when you call seeking service, they always say they can get out about four days later, unless you want to pay "emergency " or "overtime" charges, or some such term. I'd rather they just raise their prices and provide same day or next day service; their approach seems like a way to raise prices without actually doing so on paper. Their standard hourly rate is fair, but emergency rate a bit high. This is a solid company to hire and I recommend them.

It was less than a half a day. I'm tempted to say the morning, but it was probably more like two, two and a half hours. It required the City of Westerville to come in and shut off the valve at the street. There are two. There's one at the front yard. It turns out that when the city came in to shut off the street valve, it sheared off, and so I had to postpone the plumber. Then the city came in, dug a dirty big hole and repaired the street valve, and then we got the plumbers back.

I did the last bits, attached faucets and all that stuff. They did a good job. They actually, building code requires that they can't go inside the outer wall, so they ran it through the floor.

Job went just fine. The plumber was very good at what he did. He removed the faulty valve and the pipes that went with that valve. He also installed a ball valve to shut off the main line after the meter. This was done to avoid using a very old main cut off valve that could possibly leak if used again.

Plumber showed up, stated upstairs broken toilet was old. Never have seen a Case toilet before. He indicated best to replace and stated Toto was a good brand, which is what they have at their office. I stated we have Toto downstairs and this Case toilet blows the doors off of the Toto. Wanted it salvaged. Stated he'd try to order parts. Asked if he could just remove the broken off copper pipe piece still threaded in the toilet. Said he could likely do that. Asked if he could just take a piece of 1 inch copper pipe and rethreat it. He stated the threads on this old toilet is more coarse than today's threads, which wasn't the case. He left stating he'd try to find parts. I then removed the broken off piece of copper pipe, then took a PVC tube I had laying around. Using the threads from the toilet, I threaded the PVC pipe. Works like a champ, no leaking! I did later go to ACE Hardware and bought a universal plastic overflow tube that cost 3.98 just in case my makeshift pipe failed, but so far, so good. Those at ACE stated the universal tube would fit my toilet after showing them pictures of it. Threads are the same as today's toilet. Called and told Jack Woods Plumbing not to charge me a trip charge since the plumber didn't even try to resolve my issue, rather seemed like he wanted to sell me a toilet or sell me "special" parts. All I can say is "girl power"! Jack Woods has been great for years. I don't blame them as much as this plumber who claims to have worked for them for about 11 yrs if I recall. Pretty shameful it took a girl to solve the problem. I would hire Jack Woods again, but not this particular plumber.

Excellent. Work was finished on time. They managed to minimize the collateral damage to my drywall and plaster. They did a good job of cleaning up afterwards.

Very well, Replacement was done and recommendations on what to do to avoid problems again with the valve were suggested.

It was very expensive, but very nice work.

The service call was quick and they were very professional!

All went very well. My home has PEX piping and the shut-off valves for the hose bibbs are very questionable. So they also replaced about the first 3' of the PEX from the hose bibbs with copper, including metal ballvalve shut-offs. They are quality plumbers and either do the job right, or don't take it on.
