Ace Handyman Services is locally owned and operated by Westerville residents Paul and Laura Hammer. We specialize in everything from two-hour quick fixes to full bathroom remodels and everything in between. Our craftsmen are full time Ace Handyman Services employees who are background checked, insured, bonded, and average 15 years' experience in the trades professions. We service the northeast side of Columbus and its surrounding areas including Westerville, New Albany, Blacklick, Gahanna, Galena, Sunbury, Johnstown, Pataskala, Alexandria, and Croton.

"I have listened to this call into our office. We called this customer promptly. We gave an accurate free estimate on the phone as these are standard job requests. Our team coordinator even went into extra costs for a second craftsman because the chandelier was a two story ceiling. We offered at no cost to reserve a full day with one of our craftsmen where the phone estimate would be verified on site before work began and any money would be do. We bill hourly so only the time used is billed. The customer only wanted an estimate. For onsite estimates only we do charge a consultation fee which as explained in the call is later applied to the invoice when we do the job. I will reach out to this customer to see if I can better understand the reason for an onsite estimate. Paul - Owner."
