USED FOR SECOND TIME. THEY HAD TO REPLACE SOME HARD TO FIND SKYLIGHTS, AND CONTROL LEAKING. IT TOOK A WHILE, BUT THEY KEPT COMING BACK UNTIL THEY GOT IT RIGHT.

MY DEALING WITH FEAZEL HAVE MANY ERRORS. I AM VERY DISSATISFIED WITH THE JOB-PRELIMINARY SCHEJULING, POLICIES, AND THE ROOF REPAIR WAS DISAPPOINTING B/C THE SHINGLES DID NOT MATCH. THIS TOOK PLACE ON MARCH AND TO THIS DAY JULY IT HAS NOT BEEN CORRECTED.

CAME OUT TO FIX HER ROOF LEFT PATCHES UNDONE AND THEN CAME BACK TO FIX ANY PROBLEMS BUT STII DID NOT GET THEM ALL FIXED, SO SHE WENT TO SOMEONE ELSE TO GET THE JOB.

NEW ROOF, CHIMNEY CAPS, TUCK POINTING. ROOF IS OK, CHIMNEY LOOKS BAD. DIDN'T SHOW UP WHEN EXPECTED. MADE THEM REDO THE CHIMNEY FLASHING BECAUSE IT LOOKED SO BAD. HAD A HARD TIME GETTING THEM TO RESPOND. ONLY AFTER THREATENING LEGAL ACTION DID THEY RESPOND
