I'm a returning client. Jason does a wonderful job. He always listens to my concerns.

We signed up for a regular maintenance contract. They were very timely about coming out to the house and did a very thorough job. We had some additional problems with spiders after their first treatment and they were very responsive and came out for a follow up visit on a very timely basis.

I am a landlord for a property and they communicated very well with the tenant to schedule the work as well as with me to ensure work was done and for billing purposes. They came on a day it was raining and took care of the inside work. They scheduled another time to do the outside work. I appreciated that they wanted to do a quality job and waited to do the outside work. The tenants have told me that the number of bugs has been greatly reduced. They also gave me a 10% Angie's List discount.

Jason was great. He called back in the evening and scheduled an appointment to come out the next morning. He was very knowledgeable and reassuring. He guaranteed his work and educated me on the process and what to look for if I need to call him back. Even though I paid for his services, I have confidence that he will eradicate the nest completely, even if he has to come back.

I think they would've done a fine job, but it was a little more than we wanted to spend.

Jason called back promptly & came out exactly on time. He sprayed the inside the same day & came back when the weather cleared up to spray outside. He was thorough, polite, & we haven't had any problems since. He's a very stand-up guy & we would definitely use him again (although we hope to not have to!).

I called on Friday around 4pm and received a call back that evening. An appointment was set up for Monday. I was very pleased with the services. Jason was polite and got right on the job. He explained everything and checked the basement and garage to make sure there were no ants there. He also recommended a good handyman to replace our rotted post. We were replacing part of an exterior wall when we discovered live termites. It was a Saturday, not regular business hours, and Jason was the only exterminator (we called five) from Angie's List to call us back. He returned our called within 30 minutes and arrived within 60 minutes. Jason is extremely professional and knowledgeable. His inspection was very thorough. Environmental Pest Management is associated with OSU termite research and through this affiliation Jason was able to offer us multiple treatment options. He also spent extra time answering our questions and explaining our options.

Jason is great, he did the full service including attic and basement. Great person and company to work with.

JASON CAME OVER THE VERY NEXT DAY AFTER I CALLED TO INSPECT MY HOUSE AND DISCOVERED I HAD A CARPENTER ANT INFESTATION. THE FOLLOWING DAY HE CAME TO TREAT IT. HE ASKED IF HE COULD REMOVE SOME SIDING. WHEN HE DID I COULD SEE THE LITTLE BEASTIES HAD BEEN QUITE BUSY. AFTER REMOVING AN AREA ABOUT 3' BY 3' AND STILL FINDING ANTS AND EGGS, HE DID NOT WANT TO GO ANY FURTHER NOT BEING A CARPENTER. HE SPRAYED THE AREA THOROUGHLY AS FAR UP AS HE COULD BOTH FROM THE OUTSIDE AND THE BASEMENT AND ALSO SPRAYED THE PERIMETER OF THE HOUSE. A FEW WEEKS LATER WHEN I HAD A REPAIRMAN CAME TO FIX THE ANT DAMAGE (AS WELL AS SOME WATER DAMAGE WHICH MADE THE AREA SUCH A HAPPY PLACE FOR THE ANTS) HE NEEDED TO REMOVE THE SIDING UP TO ABOUT 8' TO WHERE THE WATER WAS COMING IN. HE DISCOVERED A FEW ANTS (BUT FORTUNATELY NO EGGS). HE CALLED JASON WHO CAME OVER IMMEDIATELY, SPRAYED AGAIN, AND INSPECTED TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING WAS CLEAR. AT ALL TIMES JASON WAS PROMPT, COURTEOUS, AND INFORMATIVE.

JASON CARPENTER WORKED FOR CAPITAL CITY EXTERMINATING WHEN I HIRED THEM SEVERAL YEARS AGO. I HAD TERRIBLE EXPERIENCES WITH THEM AFTER HE LEFT. THEY WERE ON TIME, FINISHED SOONER THAN WE'D EXPECTED, RESPONSIVE TO ANY QUESTIONS, AND METICULOUS ABOUT THEIR WORK. JASON EVEN WENT NEXT DOOR, WHEN A NEIGHBOR ASKED IF HE COULD CHECK HER HOUSE.
