Drain Busters

7/10 - Never returned my call - hired another company and they charged double.

Everything was great. Ian called ahead and was on time. Removed the clog in the downspout and got everything flowing again. Definitely would call again in the future.

I’ve used other companies in the past - I’m a convert to Drain Busters. They were extremely professional and explained all aspects of their work. They are cost competitive and extremely friendly. As a small business, they value their client relationships. I would highly recommend.

Prior to calling Drain Busters, we had Professional Gutter & Drain (PG&D) come to clear our clogged sump pump/drain tile. PG&D ran their snake, reported that they could not remove the blockage, billed us $275 & provided an estimate of $1300 to run a new drain to the street. Frustrated, I called DrainBusters. Their crew arrived the day after I called, with drain cleaning tools that PG&D apparently does not have, as DrainBusters cleared the blockage within 30 minutes, for ¼ of the cost of PG&D's estimate. DrainBusters' crew were friendly, polite & professional. I highly recommend them.

Sam found the broken drain pipe when cleaning my exterior drains. He was great In explaining the problem and did an excellent job in cutting out the broken part and replacing in a very efficient way. He worked quickly and cleaned up the area so that there was no evidence that he did any digging. I am so pleased and want to say thank you for such expert work. Pleasure working with you,!!!

Everything was great

We had a clogged kitchen sink, and the water overflowed from the basement. Because the basement was a remodeled one by the ex-owner, we did not know the basement used to have a sink hole underground and was not sealed properly. Drain Busters returned the call at the same day, showed up the next day, quickly snaked out the clogged pipe so that no more water flows to the basement, AND (most importantly), explained us what is going on and suggest a solution (some concrete and piping work and it has to be done by a plumber). The suggestion set us the level of expectation when we call the plumber.

We called in the morning, and Jason was there at noon. (My DIY efforts had been futile.) He snaked the drain pipe and made sure there were no leaks upstairs or in the basement. He was thorough, efficient, and reasonably priced. Highly recommend.

Tech was great. On time, friendly, and professional. Unclogged most of my drain tile pipes and let me know I needed to replace the tubing in one location.

Service tech arrived on time with jet cleaning equipment. First he took apart the problem downspout to thoroughly clean out a plug of pine needles, then he jet cleaned the entire length of underground drainage line from the curb. He checked flow from the other downspouts and the drainage line on other side of house too. I appreciated the extra effort to confirm that both drain lines were working properly even though I had only noted a problem with one.

Sam was on time and assessed the situation. He left briefly to pick up a piece of equipment, and upon his return, was able to get the drain cleared in short order.

Drain Busters offered a great cleaning at an affordable price. Fast response on initial contact with accurate cost estimate and scheduling by text. No drama or surprise costs. Service was very fast.

Ian was wonderful! I was provided a 2 hour window and offered a call 30 minutes prior to arrival so I would not have to be at home waiting. Ian called and arrived promptly. Within minutes, my drain spout was assessed and determined that it was not broken, but just clogged. Ian removed the debris and ensured the other drain spout was working properly as well. He advised that I only needed an inexpensive fitting for the drain spout connection in the rear of the house and reconnected my sump pump. If you have drain spout issues, you would be crazy to call anyone else. Thank you Ian and Drain Busters!

Ian arrived right on time. He tested two of our drains and determined that they did not need service. He then cleaned two of our other drains. He was quick, professional, and personable. Would definitely use again if needed.

Didn't actually jet it -- weather was too cold. But the tech still came out to check the pipe, and actually gave me a lot of information about it that I didn't know! I'm on much more solid footing now re: how to handle the issue. The tech was extremely friendly and professional -- he even (with my permission) moved some packages from my road-visible side door to the back of the house, to keep anyone from snatching them. Overall, A++ for that guy alone.

Came out to do the work the day after Angie's List request for quote. Office gave me two three hour appointment window choices for the day of the visit. I opted for the 1-3pm time slot. Tech sent me a text at 12:30 am to let me know he would be at my house at 1 pm or a little early. Tech was on time as promised. Tech was polite and efficient. Got the job done and the price was fair for the amount of work completed. I would hire them again.

Brian was highly recommended. I called him and let him know this was an emergency. Water was coming out around my house. He put me in the schedule and came out within an hour!! He blew out the pipe and told me where it was blocked. He made recommendations for how I can regularly check this issue and how to remedy it. Brian was knowledgeable, professional, and a pleasure to work with. He was able to fix the problem and coordinate his service over the phone so I didn’t have to be at the residence. He is on my speed dial. Couldn’t have been happier with the service or his professionalism. He has my highest recommendation.

Ian called ahead of time and told me exactly when he would arrive and he was very punctual. I showed him the problem and he proceeded. He took his camera to look to see if I had a blocked or cracked pipeline. I did not. I was told by another company that I needed to replace all my pipelines. Ian told me there was nothing wrong with my pipelines. He did find some leaves blocking the flow and removed them. He also tightened down 2 of my downspouts to make sure they were draining properly. He told me that if I still had water draining in my basement to call Rogers Basement who I was told the most honest basement people around. Rogers Basement is the company who told me Drain Busters was honest and professional. I found that to be very true! I was pleased with doing business with Drain Busters and would definitely use them again. Ian was very kind, honest and professional. Thank you, Ian!
