Our owner, Phil Mallory, is a certified arborist #OH -0725A and he carries on his family tradition of top-rated service, making sure you have a quality experience each time you need us. This was the first time I used Charter Oaks. I would use them again. The price was lower than another company. The estimator was very knowledgeable. The workers were efficient and professional. They did not damage the yard and cleaned it up of all debris afterward.

We have used them several times in the past and they always do a professional job. This job, Perfectly. Done as usual. They used a bucket truck for my large trees on a day with the snow all over the ground and did a great job, great cleanup and with a smile. I would highly recommend.

I've been a customer of Charter Oaks in the past, and I didn't hesitate to rely on Phil and his staff for advice and services when it was again time to take care of some problems. He came out and gave us his analysis and asked all of my questions in detail, and he made recommendations and provided a reasonable estimate for the services. Their office followed up with good communication about when the services would be performed, and they all met our expectations in providing friendly, efficient service and did a good job stacking wood and otherwise cleaning up.

I received a prompt response and follow-up when I called to services. A description of the work needed was given by phone before the estimator came to the house. He answered my questions and offered suggestions. Their work was excellent as was the clean-up upon completion. The team of workmen was courteous and professional. I have used this company before and would not hesitate to call Charter Oaks again.

My family and I had a tree in our backyard that had grown out of control after being damaged by a storm. The tree was over 20 years old and had sentimental value to us. Due to the damage, our primary concern was that the tree would fall and hit our neighbor's home or our home. I shared this with Teri and Jessica and over the course of a few conversations they were able to send out a crew to remove the tree. The crew members were very effective and efficient. They cleaned up the debris thoroughly. Due to the weather, the stump will be removed at a different time. The cost was reasonable. We are very pleased with the outcome, as well as with the Charter Oaks team.

They were able to do the work earlier than expected (10 days from estimate vs 2-4 weeks initially quoted), did all the work quickly when they arrived and did a great job cleaning up afterwards. I am very happy and wouldn’t hesitate using them again.

Contacted them in early April 2020 for an estimate on removing one tree and trimming 7 others. The trees in my yard are all mature and 25+feet talk. Ruskie McDowell provided the estimate. He was professional, explained what would happen and answered my questions. I found the estimate to be reasonable for the amount of work being done. The crew showed up a few weeks later to do the job. The machinery they used didn't tear up my yard and the crew took care to make as little impact to my yard as possible. They worked all day (8-4 roughly) removing the one tree and trimming the others. They really thinned them out well. I've had my trees thinned out 2 other times in the 20 + years I've lived here and no company had done as thorough of a job as Charter Oaks. I was pleased with the results and would hire them again.

Fantastic! Small tree was cut down and stump ground down. Tree was left for second Crew which came along later in the day to trim larger tree and remove cut tree. This is the third or fourth time we've vused Charter Oaks.

Charter Oaks is a very professional company to work with. They performed the required job in a timely and efficient manner. Seven trees were taken down and stumps removed. Their customer service is excellent rarely seen in today's market. Definately will hire them again.
