A technician from Bradley Electric came to the house, and when I described what we wanted done (have a heater installed in the garage), he said it wouldn't be covered by the "Angie's Big Deal" we'd purchased, but that he could give me an estimate. He did, and it was more than 50% ($700!) more expensive than another estimate I later got from another electrician. Needless to say, I didn't have them perform the installation. I then tried again to use the deal and asked them to repair a light on a deep freezer. After the appointment was made, and I'd made arrangements to be home for that window of time, the technician called me to say they don't perform that type of repair. Needless to say, I will not be using this company again.

Fantastic. We found them through Angie's list and will continue to use them for all our electrical work around the house.

They arrived promptly and did the job professionally.

We had just moved into an older house, and in order to do some electrical work, we needed to upgrade the service. Bradley was able to get us on their busy schedule very quickly - which was a big help since we couldn't use our stove until we had the work done. They showed up to do the work on time and did as much work as possible before shutting off the electricity. The workers were very friendly and cleaned up after the job. Once the work was complete, they went around and tested all of the circuits to make sure everything was connected correctly.

Every experience has been excellent.  I will not use another electrician.  Every employee I dealt with was kind, professional, and efficient.  For one job, they came out to the house 3 separate times because I purchased the wrong product (twice!) for them to install.  They were understanding and didn't charge me extra.  Their work has been great and we haven't had any problems with the jobs that they completed.  We do most of the work around our older home (built in 1920) ourselves, but electrical work is something that we just don't feel comfortable doing.  Its a great relief to have found a reasonably priced, reliable company to do that work!

It was a nice experience, and I would definitely hire them again.  They were prompt, courteous, and honest.

It went well. There was some confusion when they only sent one man and they needed two to do the job. My husband was home while they did the work. He was happy with their work.

They fixed some electrical work. They were on time and excellent to work with. We had no complaints.

The two electricians arrived on time and installed a bathroom fan/light where one did not previously exist. When they were done, they had a few minutes left asked if there was anything else they could do for us, so we had them take a look at a light switch that was not working. One of the guys attempted to figure it out, but ran out of time. They left a bit of a mess in the bathroom from the installation, but nothing a vacuum couldn't take care of. Overall they were very helpful, courteous, and professional. They even let us know that the other bathroom already had a box above the attic, if we wanted a fan there as well, and quoted the price for future installation.

It was absolutely fantastic! I just purchased another deal through them. The two guys that came here were fantastic. When I spoke to the owner he was a wonderful person. It was a very positive experience. I cannot speak highly enough about the two men that were here. They were terrific!

A few weeks ago the light in the fan stopped working. They came out, repaired the wiring at no charge and it is now working. they came within the time window as promised, were very courteous. I appreciated them fixing the problem without additional charge.

This house was built in 1946 and needed updated electrically.  It was 100 amps with lines double and triple loaded.  The original Big Deal was for an electrical panel swap out, but it needed to be upgraded to 200 amp service.     That entailed more parts, thus more expense.  That were professional, friendly.
