We were very pleased with their work.

Estimated work, called me with the details and proposed repair details. They had a cancellation in their schedule the next day and were able to complete the work within 24 hours beautifully.

They sent someone out for an estimate right away and did the work the next business day. I could not be happier with the work they did. They even painted everything to match the trim on the house. I could not be happier with the whole experience.

Don was great. He figured out the source of the leak quickly. He had to come back the next day because he needed to get a part and it was getting dark. He replaced the torn piece and advised me that we needed to secure the pipe in the attic to prevent high winds from tearing it again. He really went above and beyond to make sure we didn't have the problem again.

B & T Roofing was third on the Angie's List when I called on Monday, January 15, 2007. The customer before me had a little problem with the company, a misunderstanding. My wife didn't have that problem this time. Prompt, professional, prepared, post paid, punctual.

B & T came right out to look at our roof. They assessed all of the damage and took digital pictures to show us what needed to be done for insurance purposes. The roof was removed and replaced entirely with new felt underlay etc. The gutters are seamless and nail free and look fantastic. I would highly recommend them.

I called another roofer and B & T. The other roofer couldn't do a estimate immediately, B & T sounded like they could. The person I spoke to at B & T kept saying he had a crew out who could come and fix the roof. I kept saying "You will call me with and estimate first, RIGHT." He said yes. A few days later I got a call from one of the crews and had the SAME conversation. "You won't do any work until you call me with a quote, RIGHT." Again, said yes. A few hours later I got a call telling me how much the roof cost, because it was FIXED. They probably did fine work, but they won't be hearing from me again.

The receptionist and was friendly. I was called back in a timely manner to schedule the work. They came when they said they would and the workmen were friendly and helpful. I was pleased with the entire process.

Soon after the visit, I got a message on my answering machine that my roof was in such bad shape it couldn't reasonably be repaired. He asked me to call back if I wanted to make an appointment to get an estimate on replacing the roof. I called back and told their voice mail that, yes, I did want such an appointment. Then he called my answering machine back and told me that my house had such bad structural problems they didn't want to work on it. I am puzzled. If you don't want to work on my house, why ask me if I want an appointment to estimate the cost of your replacing my roof.

I am already impressed with this company and they haven't even done the work! I called them after the hail storm to arrange for a quote. They apologized for the delay to my quote date because of the increase in business due to the storms. After scheduling the quote, they followed up with a letter explaining they would call if there were any cancellations and also warned against fraud in the industry when storms like this happen. They gave some very good information.

After we finally got a quote for the entire job (we had initially entertained the idea of just doing a repair on the valleys since we had a small, intermittent leak) and we accepted the offer, the job commenced on a Friday morning with the delivery of a yard box. The roofers started tearing off the roof, and about two hours later the shingles arrived. The entire job was completed in just two days! Of course, both nights they were here past dark cleaning up the area. They did a beautiful job on both the roof and the cleanup. We found a few nails in the neighbors driveway, but they came back on Monday and re-swept the whole job site with the magnet. There was one piece of vinyl corner molding that was damaged during tearoff, and that was replaced. Also another piece of soffitt that came loose was reset in place and fastened. My wife is extremely happy with the work and the price. And you know when Momma's happy, everybody's happy.

We called to have them replace blown off shingles and have them look at a leaking window. They replaced the shingle (only one had blown off). They also looked at the window and determined that we needed a drip guard installed. They indicated that they would get back to us with an estimate. The work was performed two weeks ago and we haven't heard back from the company with an estimate. We are disappointed that we paid $177.50 for one shingle and our window still leaks, with no estimate on repair.

They were very professional in the inspection and the report I received. They were higher in price than the other estimates I received.

They were perfectly fine. The estimate was delivered on email and detailed. I preferred the people who came in person and were less sales-y (this estimator was unable to come when I was home), but I think this company is clearly excellent and does good work (see the high ratings from people who've had them do work). I had also expected them another day, but I don't think that was necessarily the estimator's fault. Comparing apples to apples, I went with another company whose cost was about $300 less for 30 pound felt and all the trimmings and also the great reviews and clearly solid work.

Thorough, did what they said they would. Conscientious. Preserved our plants and cleaned up nicely.

They did a very good job. One of the guys had fallen thru my roof onto my bed in my bedroom. They did hire a company to repair and it looks perfect. They also painted the ceiling. There were nails left on the ground but they came out and cleaned them up. They did their best.

Dick Pope was very professional and explained all that needed to be done. The work crew was very pleasant and completed the work in a timely fashion. All debris was cleaned up. I would highly recommend B $ T Roofing and actually have recently called them back to install a rubber roof section on another repair of our home.

Estimator came promptly to the house to discuss an estimate. Started project one week after given estimate. Project was completed in one day. I was very pleased with the entire experience. Dick Pope was very knowledgeable and communication was excellent. Great cleanup job. Would definitely recommend this company to others.

They did a very good job. They got the work done quickly and cleaned up everything. Prior to the work being done, they explained everything to us. A window screen was ripped in the process of roofing, and they took that to have it repaired.

They were friendly, punctual. Came out fairly quick, and they cleaned up well.

Dick Pope provided a thorough description of options, and educated me on roofing. The estimate I received was within 98% of another reputable roofer. He showed up at my house to explain the final contract. During the roofing process, I was virtually undisturbed and would return from work with large sections of new roof in place. The job was done in a timely manner with virtually no disturbance to landscaping. There was very good communication between the company and myself while the job was in process. The follow-up inspection was performed. I am a completely satisfied customer who would not hesitate to recommend this company.

Dick Pope was our contact and was very personable and very patient with all of my questions. He came out three times to discuss the estimate & show samples etc. before we signed the contract. The crew came out on time and performed the work that was expected. It took two days to complete and they did a thorough clean up. With in two days I was called by Eric who was the supervisor on the job and asked if we like to do the walk through with him. We changed our mind after the fact about painting some flashing and they took care of it immediately. We are very pleased with the job that was performed and the professionalism and the attention to detail displayed by everyone that we came into contact with. B & T's estimate beat three other companies by $500. I would not hesitate to use B & T again.
