B&T returned phone calls promptly, arrived on time for the quote process and answered all questions easily and accurately. This is the first company I've dealt with that treated me with respect and made me feel like my business was important to them. They called me in the requested timeframe to inform me of the start date. They started when they said they would and completed the main roof in 2 days. Their crew kept me informed of the work status and did a great job with site clean up. Some debris landed in my neighbor's yard and they were thrilled with the way B&T had tarped off their yard, cleaned it up and magnetized the yard to remove nails, etc. A specialty crew came back a week later and completed the 2 smaller porch roofs in a single day. We experienced a slight leak around 1 chimney which B&T promptly addressed and repaired (an issue with the tuck pointing). All in all, a great job! I would highly recommend this contractor!

Everything went well overall. Very professional service. There was a downspout which was overlooked on the original estimate, but they replaced that with no additional charge.

We interviewed five companies and felt the most confidence in B & T. Dick Pope was our first contact and he was able to answer all my questions in a professional manner. They were also the second lowest estimate we received. Todd Muth, the owner, gave me a week-long range of when they would be here and called two days into the week to say they'd be there in two days. They finished in the time he said it would take, and the clean-up was thorough. I wanted to make sure that all the plumbing and exhaust vents on the roof matched the color of the shingle; when the supplier sent the wrong vent, they sent it back for the right one. Luis did a superb job on the copper flashings and the members of his crew were polite, friendly and hard workers. The whole job was quick and painless.

They were very good and we were very pleased with the work. The guys were courteous and nice. I had someone from B & T do a final inspection today and he was very nice. His name was Richard.

The only complaint that I had was that he did not go into the attic like I requested to check where the leaks were.

This company determined that we had a flashing problem around the chimney. They gave us an estimate, which was comparable to another roofing estimate that I got, but a little higher (so I used the other company instead).

First rate all across the board. They were no surprises, they were there when they were suppose to be. They did a wonderful job! Highly recommend.

From initial quote and presentation, to tear off, roofing and clean up all was first class. Only complaint we had was that they showed up to do the job without any notice. That must have been an office snafu. We chose them because they offered the best quality job with the best explanation of what needed to be done and why. Workers were polite and respectful. It was clear they wanted to do the job right.

B & T removed the old shingles and reshingled the roof. They also made some repairs as they went along and also installed a new skylight. We were really pleased with the entire operation from the beginning to the end. Dick Pope was great to work with. We would highly recommend B & T Roofing.

There was a backlog for doing estimates, but once scheduled they sent a notice of the day they would do the inspection via mail and showed up on the day scheduled. The representative checked the roof, gutters, and street drains where run-off from the roof drains out. He said the shingles were in good shape and any particles in the gutters or coming out the drains were not sufficient to be of concern. He found no hail damage, estimated I have another 8-10 years on the roof, and I was not charged for the estimate. I would definitely contact B&T again if I have damage or want to have my roof replaced.

Unreal dealing again with a roofing company. Because my house is for sale and even though I have the cash to do the job right now, they couldn't provide an estimate for 3 weeks and then want to charge me $175.00. I cannot believe companies intentionally push business away but here is another example and it is always a roofing company.I think a category needs to be added called willingness to do business and upfront costs. I don't care if you are the best of the best at what you do that is just plain ridiculous.

They called me back during a very busy season (after tornado) and they didn't charge me anything.

I was told by Don Bock that he would return to remove the sticker from the skylight and replace the trim on the inside. He never did return nor did he call to say that he would not come to perform the work. After two weeks I called B&T and was told by them that Dan had left the company. After voicing my concern about the trim and sticker, I was told that the trim was not part of the estimate (this was NEVER mentioned by the workers nor was it mentioned on the estimate). I was told that someone would call me about the trim work and sticker. After two weeks passed again, I called B&T to complain and was told that someone would be out to look at the skylight. After a third call to them a week later, someone finally came out to take care of the sticker (five hours later than I was told!). I was told by him that Scott (?) would call me about the trim work. A week later and I'm still waiting for that call! The customer service of the company went far down hill after Don Bock left!

Called, they came out, looked at my roof, and said they would send me an estimate. After two weeks, I called. They said someone would call me. It has been several weeks but I have not heard from anyone.

This is the first time I've called B&T and I'm very happy with the service. Called B & T on Wednesday and they estimated that they would be at my house within a week. Work was completed the next day Thursday, might have something to do with being located close to their office, but I was surprised to discover they fixed my roof so quickly, especially with being a new customer. Shingles matched well (had a problem with mismatched shingles during a previous repair from another company). Was able to claim my $25 Angle's List discount (even though I forgot to tell them when I scheduled the service) without any problems after calling the office and sending in my coupon with my check. They're a bit more pricey than the last roofer I had (others charge even more), but their speedy service and (more important to me) matching my existing shingles with their repair makes them my new roofing repair contractor.

The salesman had a good sense of humor. They did a great job cleaning up.

They originally put on our roof a few years ago. They came out to give the free estimate after a storm, while they were here they did not find any damage and gave us information on guarding against hail damage and storm repair scams. I appreciated their professionalism and honesty.

They did the job in the time frame promised.

Everything went fine. It was difficult to schedule an appointment for the estimate and the start date. We rescheduled several times. However, the quality of work was good enough that I would recommend this company.

Not bad overall. It took a long time to get a quote (Sept 06), about 4-5 weeks, but the other contractors were slow too. I picked this one because they had the middle price and I liked their gutter guard product. Once the contract was signed, they were able to get my work done sooner than expected because my small house could be completed in 1 day. The only glitch was that they didn't deliver enough drip edge, so two guys had to return the next day while I was out to finish the last small section of roof. The gutter was done by a sub-contractor a few days after the shingles. Both the roofers and gutter guy were professional and the work looks good. I've had a few months to see how it's working out. The only problem I've found is that the gutter guard iced over during the winter, leading to icicle formation. But I don't know if there's any leaf guard that won't do that.

Selected this company from 4 bids. Work started on time, finished on time. One small problem with overhang that they caught and corrected. Excellent cleanup.
