The job went well, and they did a good job. They were quick, kept the property clean, and they did exactly the work they said they would do.

Estimator called to set time to meet, was punctual, and took pictures of areas of roof requiring work. Estimate was emailed to me on a timely basis. Work was scheduled and completed as agreed.

They were very good, they were prompt, they were efficient, they came when they said they were going to be here and they got the job done. I would recommend them to anyone.

I chose B&T due to their reputation of excellence & the salesman made the sale with his excellent presentation. B&T's customer service was outstanding & the roofing crew did a very good job. They also recycled the shingles, which is very important to me & is one of the reasons I chose B&T. They accidentally put on the wrong colored gutters & replaced them w/the right colored gutters right away, being very apologetic about the whole thing. Overall, they did an excellent job, & I would definitely recommend them.

They were on time to do the job. They were professional while they worked. They were courteous and kind. I would use them in the future. The quality of their work was good also.

They did a great job! They did what they said they would do. There was a time when they didn't do something we though they were going to do. We called & they remembered talking about it with us & they did it.

It went very well. I had no problems communicating with this company, and although we had weather issues for a while, they kept me informed of their plans at all stages. Regarding the price, we chose a more expensive shingle, but the roof looks great. They also let me know that they observed someone walking past the house several times, in case we were concerned about strangers watching the house. I would definitely hire this company again.

B & T wasn't the cheapest estimate we got, but I thought their estimator was the most thorough at looking at our badly deteriorated porch roof. He made sure he covered all the problem areas so that we would pass the house inspection when we went to sell. The team that came out to do the work was very accommodating and listened to my concerns about the repairs. They did an excellent job replacing the roof and cleaning up.

They ended up doing several houses on my street. It was very good service. They did a great job.

The company dispatcher responded during the major snow storm and agreed to send a crew to clear my family room roof once the snowfall ended the next day. He offered to do whatever I needed whenever I wanted the work to be done. We agreed to have the work done after the snowfall. The crew who arrived the next day were very professional but also quite witty. They cleared the roof of all of the snow and then cleared the driveway and sidewalks. I felt that the crew did a great job removing over 20 inches of snow, (thus preventing potential damage).

One of the best home repair transactions I've done, they couldn't have made it any easier. A very professional and efficient business to work with.

When I called this company I had water pouring into my guest bathroom from a leak in the roof. There was so much water that one wall was totally soaked through and the water was also coming in under the baseboards. I needed emergency service. Within one minute of hanging up from calling their receptionist, one of their staff called me and asked for some details, he was already googling my address and preparing to leave to come over. I was in a bind because I had to go to work and couldn't be there. He said that was fine, don't worry about it, he would find the leak and plug it/patch it, and send me a bill. I believe the cost for an emergency service was $350. I received a call from him within 2 hours describing what he found and what he did to solve the problem. He left me an invoice for $315 [less than the usual emergency fee]. This was a hassle-free experience and he was very reassuring. I was very relieved and appreciative. I would highly recommend this company!

The company was very quick in responding to my call and Richard was out within 3 days. He gave me an estimate for roof repair without going up on the roof. His estimate he stated was a worse case scenario. I would have felt more comfortable had he gone up on the roof to look over the area and perhaps see if there were other areas that may need attention.

I had for some time a small rook leak that showed up only during heavy rains. Richard was quick to determine the problem and explained clearly how to correct the issue. He went the extra mile and took care of repairs on the first visit.

They were always very prompt with phone calls and got the work done quickly. They were there to fix the problem within two hours of giving me the estimate. We have had no leaking since.

The contractor arrived on time. He did not only look at the flashing area but also check the leaking situation in my attic. He was the only company among the 3 which looked at the leaking condition in my attic. The other two only went up the roof and told me what was wrong. The price quote he provided was the lowest one ($325 for one flashing) among the 3. He suggested me to caulk the wood trims on the wall of the upper level of my house which is close to the flashing to see if I can stop the leak. If it is not working, then I can contact him for the work. I really appreciated he took extra time to look into my attic above my garage and gave me DIY tip instead of pushing me to hire him to work on my roof. I have decided to caulk the trim. If it is not working, I will definitely hire this company for the repairment and future roof related project.

It has been six months since the work was done and there have been NO problems, no leaks, no follow-up problems or adjustments, no nail clean up issues. New roof looks great and exceeded expectations. Price in line with quality of work and materials.

They looked for the insurance factor, which none of the others did. The representative was Jon Gray, as a result of him getting in the roof with the insurance adjuster I was reimbursed. They were very punctual and professional and helped me make the right decisions.

We have a 15-year old house with the original roof. During a high-wind storm in January, several shingles on the west side of the house blew off, exposing the underlayment. We called several companies, and B&T had the lowest service rate and was able to come out as quickly as possible (about 2 weeks due to snow/ice on roof). They matched the shingles pretty close, and we haven't had any leaks.

I wanted to use their services for hardi-plank siding but would not likely use them in the future.

We did an upgrade for the quality of the roof. We chose a more expensive color and opted for the warranty. They are very attentive and have been great about fixing the little quirky things with no complaints.

Having found water in my basement I considered my repair an emergency. I contacted two other A rated roofing companies and none could come out for a week. B&T sent a crew to my house within 2 hours of my original phone call. Richard took the lead on the job. He explained what they would do and the possibility that they might need to get roof shingles at a nearby home repair store which they did. The work was done in slightly more than an hour. I couldn't have asked for better service.

They did a great job. Rob was the person who came out to help us. It was nice that he explained everything in English and took pictures (before and after) of the job. The company was very nice to work with and they answered my questions eagerly. So far we have had no more problems with the roof. We would call on them again.

The time it took to complete the project was poor but the quality of work was excellent. I might consider hiring them again in the future.
