Had to follow-up with company reps on several occasions in order to get work completed. Understanding that all roofers were busy following the wind storm, I felt "lost in their system" after speaking to 4 different people about getting an estimate. During the final repair efforts, there were large boxes and old ridge vent strips thrown from the roof onto my landscaping, including my weeping Japanese maple. The 12 X 20 tarp was removed from the ridge vent area and thrown down the roof where it caught and hung from my gutter and rain gage for my sprinkler system during the entire repair time. I have not had a chance to see if there was damage caused to the rain gage or its wiring. I felt that the clean-up was sloppy and rushed. However, I am grateful that the roof is fixed and that it took only 10 days after the storm to be completed.

While they started a little bit later than they said, they were able to finish in a day. I was also generally impressed with their concern at doing it well. The pricing was good, too, and well explained. Even after we made a change that increased the price, we knew exactly how much the change would cost.

The company responded quickly to my request for an estimate. The work was done quickly and neatly, and apparently well (there haven't been any problems that I can see!).

They were timely, fast and did not pressure us for more work than was needed.

B&T was able to do the complete the work before the original date because of a cancellation. The crew did an excellent job, cleaned up and ran a magnet over my entire yard at least 3 times to ensure all nails were picked up. The truck that was supposed to deliver the materials broke down and several B&T employees got the materials in their personal trucks and drove them to the house. The crew was very polite and worked extremely hard. The owner came out to inspect the job and had them back out to fix a few minor issues.

This was a very satisfying experience. I would not hesitate to call B & T again. I had called them once before to check for hail damage. They found none and there was no charge for the service. This was after some fly-by-night guy off the street stopped and tried to claim I had hail damage.

The storm blew a ridge vent off of the top of our house. I called them Monday morning. They stopped out Monday evening while we weren't home and didn't see what needed fixed without going up on the roof. They called me later Monday evening to clarify and then came out Tuesday afternoon to replace the vent. We got charged the emergency service call rate of $200 but what are you going to do? Labor was $65/hour and parts were $40. The only "knock" I have is when I asked if they accepted credit cards and they told me there would be a 3% charge. I haven't heard of a different price for credit vs. cash since the gas stations were doing that years ago. I agreed to write them a check. The guys were polite and, given the circumstances surrounding the chaos of the recent storm, communicated fairly well from the initial contact through the completion of the repair. They did call me back which is more than I can say for one of the other bigger roofing companies. I would certainly use B & T again.

This company is awesome! They came out at 1:00 am after a storm. They temporarily fixed my ridge vent and also put a tarp over the garage to ensure there would be no leaking. The price was a little more than what it normally would have been, but I needed them in an emergency.

Left a message for B & T on the morning after the big storm. They called back within a few hours and described exactly how much it would be for the service call as well as the work per hour. They said it would be 1 to 2 days out for the work to be completed. The next day I received a call at 10:45 that they were in our area and ready to do the work. They were here for little over an hour. Tony and his colleague were friendly and helpful. I explained what I needed done and they were ready to work immediately. The work took about 1 hour. They cleaned up everything completely. I plan on using them to do a full replacement of our roof since every shingle on our roof was put on wrong when it was originally replaced by a prior owner.

They did a great job. I chose them because I thought their estimate was the most comprehensive-with everything necessary for a quality job at a fair price: including underlayment, flashings, drip-guards, solar attic fan & vents. Joe Kovach took the time to explain what function every item performed, and why it was important. I gave their name to my mother, who also had them replace her roof, and she is very satisfied with their work.

They did a very good job and were pleasant, efficient and reasonable.

I emailed explaining our leak, someone called the next morning and arranged for someone to come to my house during my lunch hour the following day. Robert came a few minutes early because he said he wanted to make sure he didn't delay me getting back to work. He went up on the roof, took pictures of the problem, showed them to me and was able to make the repairs right then. I was extremely pleased with their service. Because we only had the leak during very hard rain we were concerned about not being able to "test" the repair - he told us that if we ever had the same problem to call them as they would be able to know if it was the same spot, we really appreciated that.

Received an estimate promptly. A company rep met with me, described the work and explained it all in detail. I did get another estimate. Decided to go with this company. Once I signed the contract, the work was completed within a week. They spotted a problem with my chimney, which needs repaired, that I was not aware of. They could not complete the work around the chimney so they subtracted 200.00 from the total bill. Once I get the chimney repaired they will come back and finish the work. I was very pleased that they informed me of the problem and did not charge me full price. They could have just covered it up, collected their money and been done with it. I thought it was very courteous and professional for them to inform me.

I got their name off of Angie's List, and everything members wrote on the reports was true. He was extremely thorough, and closely inspected everything before giving us an estimate. He explained the estimate carefully and thoroughly, and answered any questions we had.

Call before hand. Did job quickly, charged by the hour so this was a plus. Had shingles that matched the color of the roof. Professional and courteous. Honored Angie's List discount coupon.

They came out and perform their assessment and then gave their report.

B & T were able to come out and give my husband an estimate within 1 day of him calling. They were punctual and professional and based on reviews here we decided to hire them over another company. Work was scheduled within a week and it was taken care of on the date stated by the time I got home from work. I'm very pleased with the job they have done - we've had no water issues since.

Work was excellent. They were extremely attentive to detail. Very thorough. If they saw something that was left uncompleted, they would finish that task without complaining. It was a good experience. My biggest concert with anybody doing my roof was leaving a mess, and the job site was clean when the job was through, which I was very happy about.

Took 2.5 weeks due to weather, and steepness of roof. Crew was very attentive, great work ethic, professional, and punctual. Since we were new to Ohio, they dealt with Muirfield HOA for us and got approval on the shingles. Great customer service.

Joe was great my hat is off to him. Joe came out for the estimate told me to contact my insurance agent (Travelers) regarding hail damage which had happened 3 years before. The insurance adjuster came out said we had hail damage and the would replace the entire roof. B&T Roofing came to the job site when promised tearing off 2 layers of roofing, replacing plywood installing a ridge vent system, drip edge, tar paper, Owens Corning 30 year black shingles. They came back the 2nd day to complete the job.

I sought 4 quotes. They were the first to respond, answered all questions, got the approval from the architectural board, and were the best price. Workers were prompt, polite, and did a great job. Their quality control guy inspected all the areas.

I called the company and they had a crew on site in just over 24 hours. I explained the situation and they immediately got on the roof and replaced the damaged shingles with extra shingles I had. They inspected the rest of the roof and caulked a few spots and said it was in very good condition. The workers were professional, competent, quick and they did a quality job. I was impressed.

They responded very quickly because of the leak which was making a mess of a wall. Their price was very reasonable. The repairs only took the one full day and when they left there was no trace that anything had been done.

We liked everything about them. The price was pretty good.
