They were prompt to come out with in a couple of days after receiving the estimate over the phone.

I understand it is a busy roofing time, but I have gotten quotes from other roofing companies and one is starting the work this Monday. I guess their company does not need a $23,000 roofing job. Must be nice!

The sales rep was professional & helpful. During the installation of the gutter topper the gutters were damaged. With only one call they came out & replaced gutters at no charge! The roof looks great. Wish all companies were this good.

The repair person was on time, friendly, and did a very good job.

I called several companies to give me quote on repair and check roof for any non-visable damage. B&T did exactly what I asked and called to discuss the quote rather than just faxing it to me. Repair was completed within a week or so of the quote. Am very impressed with the diligence and follow up provided by Robert.

Rob provided an estimate over the phone of $265 ($200 for the service call and $65 for labor). I explained that we still had the vent piece that ripped off the roofline and the few shingles that came loose and advised I'd be fine with them using the existing materials (vs. new). He also advised that we did not have to be at home during the repairs and said they'd at least have time to put a tarp over the hole, and may be able to fix it entirely. My husband left all the materials and our A/L discount coupon on the porch for the work crew. He called me later to tell me he actually saw the B&T truck pulling into our neighborhood as he was leaving for work! I couldn't believe how fast they got out there. The only negative was that the work crew supposedly bought and installed new materials and scrapped the old materials---and the cost for the new parts just "happened" to be equal to our A/L discount amount. I thought, whatever, I'm just happy to have our roof fixed!! I was a little perturbed that I can't verify that it's new material up there (a receipt would have been nice), but again, I'm just happy to have it fixed---that was my main concern. B&T was the only company who was there when we really needed them---the price was a bit high, but given the nature and urgency of the problem, I didn't care. The only other estimate we got was for $380, so in the scheme of things I guess we got a good deal.

They did a very good job. They did arrive on time and were very polite. They finished the work in a timely matter. The price was very reasonable and we are planning to use them again in the future.

We took extensive damage during a hail storm and needed to have our roof & siding replaced. Since we'd also had trouble with ventilation in our roof, we had them install ridge vents at the same time and had them replace the two skylights which had leaked on and off since we'd bought the house. It took a while to get the job to fit in their schedule, but then it started off okay. The roofing team came in one morning and, by sunset, were done - although they did use an outlet I'd warned them not to use and blew out our porch light timer. (They gave us a $25 discount to cover it.) Once the siding job started, they only sent out one man - sometimes different men on different days - sometimes nobody. It took weeks to get the job done and the entire time it was impossible to get any answers from anyone at the office as to when they'd be finished. In addition, they tried to reneg on fixing the ventilation to the front lower section of the roof. (They were supposed to have installed vents while the boards were off, but had forgotten.) Eventually, my husband came up with a simple solution and, after quite a bit of effort, they finally tried it and it worked. Then, when there were things they'd missed upon our final inspection it again was like pulling teeth to get anyone to respond or even return a phone call. After more weeks of hounding them, they finally finished everything to our satisfaction.

When we called B&T roofing they were backed up due to the large volume of calls, but were able to come out earlier than they originally told us, found some damage and got a tarp up to protect the exposed wood. That was really amazing. A few days later it rained and the salesman called to make sure that we did not get any water in our attic. They are a great company and we would certainly use them again.

Very good. Despite being busy, they came within a few days of my call. They re-glued old shingles and caulked around pipes.

Their price was good and their response time was great. They had good clean-up and I would highly recommend them.

B&T Roofing was easy to reach and quick to respond. Checked roof and although it was unclear if vents were cause of leak, they re-sealed vents and we have had no further problem. Service was prompt and reliable.

Excellent. I had a very quick response from the company after leaving a message. I got a prompt visit for an estimate. Some companies I called for roof repair refused to give any estimate before they began the work. Rob was very thorough in evaluating the problem and checked the roof from the outside as well as the attic. He discussed that they may have to replace the ridge vent if it could not be fixed with the old vent intact and gave me the two different prices for that. I asked him separately to shorten the damper vent while they were here. We had to push the repair date back because of bad weather. They called early on the rescheduled day to say that they would come out and try to do as much as possible before it rained because they knew I had taken the day off of work. Work was done well, and everything was cleaned up before they left. Everyone throughout the process was very professional. This was the second lowest quote that I had received, but Rob was much more thorough and personable than the other company with the lowest quote (and the difference wasn't that much).

I thought the process went very well. The windstorm occurred on a Sunday afternoon/evening. I called B & T Roofing on Monday morning and they were able to dispatch a crew to repair my roof the next day (Tuesday). I appreciated the quick action, so that any damage to the house due to water, etc., could be prevented. Their repair crew was able to inspect my roof for damage, and to repair (replace) the missing cap shingles in about a half an hour.

Very satisfied. Punctual, called before arriving, was able to match the shingle color and style, and even asked me to do a final visual before sending the bill. Very happy.

They were not immediately available to inspect my roof and give me an estimate to replace the shingle. They said 3 weeks backlog that was too long.

We had siding damage and B&T came out to discover we had roof damage as well. They worked extensively with our insurance company to get us a valid claim for the roof. After they worked everything out with the insurance company, the actual service which was performed was fast and high in quality. They did an excellent job and were responsive to our concerns.

Had to follow-up with company reps on several occasions in order to get work completed. Understanding that all roofers were busy following the wind storm, I felt "lost in their system" after speaking to 4 different people about getting an estimate. During the final repair efforts, there were large boxes and old ridge vent strips thrown from the roof onto my landscaping, including my weeping Japanese maple. The 12 X 20 tarp was removed from the ridge vent area and thrown down the roof where it caught and hung from my gutter and rain gage for my sprinkler system during the entire repair time. I have not had a chance to see if there was damage caused to the rain gage or its wiring. I felt that the clean-up was sloppy and rushed. However, I am grateful that the roof is fixed and that it took only 10 days after the storm to be completed.
