B&T was responsive and provided a detailed written estimate and description of work to be completed. The installers were on time, efficient and friendly. Part of the original estimate included closing 2 gable vents to improve ventilation in the attic. When the workers arrive and inspected the attic, they determined it was not necessary to close the vents (already were closed). The reduced the cost of the job. I will use B&T again in the future if need be.

Both times I have used this company, the work has been done very well at a fair price. I have recommended them to neighbors and would definitely use them again.

They were good, very thorough and I was very pleased with them. I had the insurance that covered most of that work. I would use them in future if needed.

They were very responsive from the complete and fair estimate to completing the work. They took polaroids of the roof and pointed out other potential trouble spots and itemized the estimate accordingly. Work was done very fast. We have not yet had a hard rain so I cannot attest to the effectiveness of the repair, nor have I gone up on my ladder to inspect the work. We had other estimates and theirs was the most reasonable.

We had our roof installed by them a few years ago. On this inspection there was no damage found. There was some minor caulking done. The best part was that there was no. As always, they were very professional.

They did a wonderful job and were very professional. They responded quickly and I thought the price was reasonable for what they did. I asked if they thought I needed any work on my home roof, and they said it was fine. I appreciated their honesty.

B & T Roofing replaced my entire roof a few years ago. When I had animal damage on the left side of my roof, I called them to repair the damage. So, when I recently noticed that I had animal damage on the right side, I called them. They had done a great job on my original replacement, I wouldn't even have consider calling anyone else. I have had racoons and then squirrels take up residence on my roof, under the peaks where the 2 roofs meet. The ripped the sofit off and tore out part of the foam insulation. B&T repaired the damage, and built buffer walls on each side of the peaks so future animals can repeat the damage. I'm extremely please with their promptness and their work. They showed up to write the estimate within a few days, and left the estimate for me in my front door.

Crew on time each day. Found several boards that had rotted. They purchased and replaced the boards and siding. Kept us informed on progress. We were very impressed with the quality of the work. Last year this company replace the roof of our house and did a great job. Even though this job was much smaller, they gave it the same attention to quality and detail. Good experience from first call to completion.

We were impressed with this company because they were able to find long standing problems that other companies did not find. We are very happy with their service and the final outcome of the project. We will use them again in the future.

The roof came out to be ace number one. I would not use any other roofer in Columbus. The workers came out and worked in very adverse conditions. I could not believe that they were out laying the roof in twenty five mile an hour winds and twenty degree weather. I was happy with everything throughout the process, but the sales process. The sales man said that they were going to give me certain materials for the work. I asked for thirty pound felt, certain kind of shingle, drip edge, etc... When they came out to do the work I could tell from the ground that they were not using thirty pound felt, so I walked around the front of the house and they were laying fifteen pound felt when my contract said thirty. I called the office and got a hold of one of the managers who came out to my home right away. When he came out he asked if I wanted them to pull off what they had already done and start over or not. I opted not too, so he said that they would lay two layers of fifteen pound felt to equal the thirty pounds in my contract and said that would use roofers select underlay. They had only finished a small back side and the rest of my home got the total upgrade to the roofers select. I was pleased with that. My house also needed some speciality roofing work done. The original contractor used the wrong kind of flashing so they could not just lay new step flashing on top of that. They would have to replace the original flashing so that the step flashing would fit. There was only one of the fifteen roofing contractors that I interviewed that honestly told me what they would have to do, because it easily added another eight hundred dollars to the total cost and B & T Roofing Ltd. was not that company. They wanted me to sign them for the work and then come out and add the eight hundred dollars to the end cost. When they did have to do it, they did a very good job with the work. I was impressed with all of their fantastic work. They really know their business and they are all very talented. Their prices were very competitive and they did not scrimp on any of the materials once they made up for their mistakes.

The company rep was on time for the appointment. He was not only extremely knowledgable, but also professional. He provided the estimate, and within a week the work was completed and our sanity restored. Call these people if you want to eliminate a problem quickly and professionally.

Matt came out for the estimate and gave us a good idea of the work to be performed. He was very helpful in explaining that with the age of our roof there may be cost overruns depending on the condition of the roof deck and rot elsewhere. The work started about three weeks later and took about one week to complete. They did find a surprise when one roof edge had basically no support and it needed built out before it could be re-roofed. The only additional cost to us was for the about of lumber they used, which was significant.

It seemed like my roof was leaking and the person who came out looked at the ceiling and told that it was not a leak and it was the discoloration of the paint. Robert Bill was the name of the person who came out and he was very nice and helpful. He went and checked all the places that I wanted him to check. He did not charge me anything. I was satisfied with their service.

They were professional and responsive. A very friendly responsive office staff. They protected the landscaping around the home too. The cleanup I did not have any problems with either.

They came when I wasn't here. They did check the work and ridgeline of the roof and left paperwork. They called me back later that day and let me know they didn't find anything and were at my home earlier in the day.

This company never followed up on my phone calls and requests for an estimate.

It went well. They did what they said they would do.

quick response to request for estimate and they did provide a thorough estimate but they were the most expensive by +15% over the next highest company. Fur companies were called for estimates.

They did a nice job on the capping except for one area in the front of the house. The capping bulges out here and is very noticeable, especially in the front. We first noticed this in March. I sent them pictures and requested they fix this in some way. I heard nothing from them, so in May I went into the company in person and tracked down the sales man we worked with. I asked why I had not heard anything from them and he advised he would check with his boss as to what was going on. He called me back and wanted to look at the damage in person. He came out the last week in May and he advised he could definitely see the damage and that it looked bad. He advised Richard would be out in the next two or three days to fix it. No one came out so last Wednesday I called and received the voice message of the salesman so I left a message, but no response. I called again yesterday and left another voice mail asking when they were going to come out and fix it, but still no response at all. I would be happy to reevaluate this service if they make this situation right.

I was very impressed with their roofing job. They were the most knowledgeable of 10 companies that came out. The only complaint was I didn't get a written estimate until the insurance adjuster came out. Also, they left alot of plastic strips laying all over the yard from the shingles.

Robert was on time, professional. Came to the house and climbed on the lower of the 2 stories (the extension part of the house.) He surveyed the roof and suggested that one part get repaired. Cost would be $405.00 (this includes a discount of $25. from Angies List.) I believe he had other appointments and was not able to give us an estimate for a new roof. Suggested that the damage could have been not only from weather damage, but from an animal. Robert was very thorough and even took photos. Very professional and clean.

I wish I could recall the name of the woman that I spoke with, but I can't. She provided great customer service. She was friendly and conversational. She advised that someone would be out on April 21, 2009 to take a look. I was very impressed with the confirmation call that I received on the 20th. A few days after the 21st I received an estimate via email. It was detailed and professional. While we chose not to use this company due to their higher prices, I was very, very pleased with my experience.

They called before they came out to do the job. Very professional. When we called again, they came out in a couple of days & took care of the problem.

On time, reasonably priced. Left quite a bit of waste behind (nails, shingles, etc).

After they left the first time it wasn't resolved. They came out a second time and the man that came out didn't like what he saw so he made another fix to it. However when he was done he thought it might be something else, so he went in the attic and said the leak could have been caused from there. We're now in the process of having someone else come out to repair the vent pipe as it's not related to the roof after all.
